Shall not for me
The spring will come,
Shall not for me
Bough spread around,
And maiden's heart,
Will flappy beating
Indoor her breast,
Shall not for me.
Shall not for me
The garden's bloom,
Where nightingale
Meets spring again,
And will its songs
All sound trills
Will not for me,
Not for my ears.
Will not for me
The creeks in run
And plays they briskly
With their streams,
There neibour'
Darken brow dame
She'll grow adult
Just not for me...
Will not for me
The Easter Eve
In common home
Will gather near,
And "Christ is risen"
They will sing
After the priest
But not for me.
But what for me
Is ready under the God?
The bullet's lead
That stabbing in my body.
May be this blink,
May be the angel's wing
Would save my soul's beam
For next attacking wind.

|_ ^ Corrected, how it possible for my mind. Some explanations for this insane version: the original was created in the inverse style of the future tense, with narrative mixing of tenses and vision. That's because a word-for-word translation for the spirit of this song seems to me absolutely wrong. The grammatically correct version of the first line should have been expressed as "Next spring will come not for me", however the sense of this built differs with that was constructed by the author of the song. Is it possible to create a grammatically correct translation of this song for any another language? Of course, it is possible! And for me, as for the interpreter of the author's idea, this is possible too. But the literary lyric if the song, constructed in the traditional, correct way, will express some other narrative plot, not that was loaded innately in it. _|
