The FBI executed a search warrant Monday at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, as part of an investigation into the handling of presidential documents, including classified top secret documents, that may have been brought there.

A search warrant made public on August 12, 2022, reveals the FBI is investigating former President Donald Trump for three federal crimes:  

– violating the Espionage Act  

– obstruction of justice  

– criminal handling of government records, after removing top-secret documents when they raided former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate

Putin, a former KGB spy, calls the USSR collapse "the tragedy of the century” and that’s a good ground for a revenge, “The Boomerang” strategy (operation). Putin made a strategic decision to destroy the USA, the NATO and European Union, America's economy, inflame anti-racist revolution and blacks against whites civil war, cut the country and the nation into pieces, provoke the total collapse of the United States  

 

PART 1. Putin and 9/11  

There’s a connection to some important names and facts.  

1. Alexander Sakharovsky, Colonel General, Chief of KGB First Directorate (espionage) in 1956-1971. "The father of international terrorism". The airplane hijacking was his his own invention, as he explained to Ion Pacepa, Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Romania in 1971.  

2. Victor Vladimirov, Colonel General, a former Chief of KGB «V» Department in 19661970 (KGB sabotage and terror operations in Washington, London, Paris, Rome and Bonne), and KGB «RT» Department Chief in 1984-1987 (recruiting foreigners on the Soviet territory and sending secret sources abroad).  

Here are just a few Department “V” operations.  

KGB”Vostok” Operation. In March, 1970, The Soviet navy's reconnaissance ship Kursograf delivered guns, machine guns, RPG launchers, grenades, sniper rifles, landmines and roadside charges with remote detonators for Wadi Haddad, the head of operations at the PFLP. On September 6, 1970, at Habbad order and under his supervision, PFLP terrorists, trained by KGB and armed with the weapons delivered by KGB, hijacked five jet airliners bound for New York City and one bound for London.  

On May 9, 1972, a flight operated by the Belgian airlines Sabena from Vienna to Tel Aviv, was taken over by four members of the Palestinian Black September movement.  

On June 27, 1976, wo PFLP members and two from Germany's Baader-Meinhof Gang, hijacked an Air France plane on a flight from Tel Aviv to Paris.  

In 1976 "V" Department was renamed in the 8th.  

3. In January, 1987, I, KGB intelligence officer, and two other spies who worked in Afghanistan during Soviet invasion in 80s, met Vladimirov while he was touring KGB regional offices. He, informed us that in USA FBI blocked espionage activity of KGB offices under cover of Soviet diplomats. That's why we have to intensify our efforts by sending more secret sourses to America. He, the top KGB specialist in terror, meant sending terrorists in the first place. 4. n 2001, Putin ordered General Shlyakhturov, the Military Intelligence Department Chief, and Russian Intelligenvce (SVR, KGB successor) Director Lebedev to plan the attack, use (recruit) or set up Osama bin Laden or other al-Qaeda leaders to blow up America. The object (Twin Towers) and the number of victims, up to 3000 people, were well calculated. The Russian military (espionage) saletllites were used for technical support of the 9/11 operation. It was extremely important for Putin to re-direct radical Islam vector from Russia to the USA.  

5. Who did the job?  

The 8th Division of KGB “S” Department, now the SVR (Russian Intelligence) most secret unit, is responsible for terror and sabotage in America, Europe, Asia, Africa. General Y. Drozdov, a former “S” Dept Chief, mentioned successful operations in Egypt, Afghanistan, Cuba, Nicaragua, Syria, Angola, Lebanon, Jordan.  

It operated the “Vympel” special group (1500 terrorists, KGB operatives) which executed kidnappings of valuable sources of information, Russia’s enemies’ assassinations (John and Robert Kennedys, John Kennedy Jr and Princess Diana cases still need investigation), coup-d-etats, including January, 2020 attack on the U. S. Congress, provoked by Donald Trump, Putin’s best asset. The “Vympel” officers recruited 482 secret sources in Afghanistan alone in 1980-1989, more than enough to form the gang which attacked the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001.  

A very important detail, a “pancake effect”. Everybody saw how the “accurately” the Twin Towers fell down – no damage to the area. But very few specialists know that “pancake effect” (special demolishing method) was invented by KGB back the 30’s when Communist dictator Stalin ordered to blow up the Orthodox churches all over the Soviet Union. The problem was, most of churches were in the central parts of the cities. Regular explosions could damage the buildings nearby, mostly local Communist Party and government offices. KGB solved the problem.

What happened? Robert Mueller blocked the president's request – I never got any information from the Department of Justice. In January, 2011, FBI special agent Eric Perry, FBI NYC field office (tel. 718) 286-7100), informed me that my actions [telling the truth – M. K. ] made "high authorities, people on the very top extremely nervous". Perry said I better disappear for some time if I don’t want to end up in jail. So, I have a question for Robert Mueller, Special Counsel who was overseeing the investigation into ties between President Trump’s campaign and Russian officials. As you see, Putin took the case so seriously that he ordered to send it for analysis, investigation and counter-action to a Federal Protective Service (FSO), top secret federal government agency and Putin’s private security group concerned with the tasks related to the protection of several high-ranking state officials, including the President himself. FSO has 50, 000 uniformed personnel plus several thousand plainclothed personnel and Putin controls it on daily basis, (Fidel Castro advised him to take his personal security in his own hands). Most important, Putin uses FSO like his own Gestapo, a superpowerful totalitarian service which has the right to conduct searches and surveillance without warrants, make arrests, and give orders to other state agencies. The FSO takes care of the Cheget, a "nuclear briefcase", a part of the automatic system for the command and control of Russia's Strategic Nuclear Forces (SNF) that can be used in the event of global nuclear war. Finally, FSO includes Special Communications and Information Service of Russia SCID), the equivalent to the U. S. National Security Agency, a cryptologic intelligence agency of Russia responsible for the collection and analysis of foreign communications and foreign signals intelligence.  

My small information on Hillary Clinton appeared to be so huge threat to Putin’s personal dictatorship and his life, that he tasked FSO to remove, disable or transforme it into a friendly force (KGB and its successors, FSO, FSB and SVR successfully recruits enemies rather than killing them).

PART 3 Putin and 01. 06. 2021 Capitol Attack  

Putin ordered attack on the Capitol on January, 6, 2021  

 

As soon as Putin got the U. S. presidential elections results, he ordered the SVR (Russian Intelligence) Mikhail Fradkov to prepare the special operation in Washington, DC, coup-d-etat to get Trump back to the Oval Office. Fradkov ordered the S Directorate (illegal intelligence) Chief to use Zaslon sabotage and terror group, a former KGB “Vympel”. The group members got to the States by submarine, contacted the S Department assets, delivered them the money, and ordered them to get ready for the operation. Then Putin called Trump and unleashed him. Zaslon terrorists had to kill Speaker Pelosi and Senate majority Leader Schumer, same way KGB Alpha group stormed the Taibeg Palace and killed the Afghan leader Amin, his 11 y. o. son, 30 palace guards and 300 army guards in 1979 (KGB Storm-333 Operation). Looks like Putin made some corrections and excluded them from the list.

Coup d'etat  

Coups, like war, are one of the most violent tools of special services and one could be artificially staged in a target country by “feeding” and “pushing” the political opposition or by using VIP agents in the government. Most coups are “Bureaucratic, ” and entail mainly a change of leader, usually by person #2. That person might be the trigger or might be induced to practice “passive sabotage” and allow certain others to take over. It is also an example of political engineering. Coups usually use the power of the existing government for its own takeover.  

 

Conditions for a successful coup:  

–the army is supportive or at least neutral (a coup usually involves control of some active  

–portion of the military while neutralizing the remainder of the armed services)  

–the leader is out of town (vacation, visit abroad) or is ill  

–a political or economic crisis.  

–opponents fail to dislodge the plotters, allowing them to consolidate their position, obtain the surrender or acquiescence of the populace, and claim legitimacy  

–nation divided on the presidential elections results  

 

Military coup  

Changing a civilian government to a military one, usually in developing countries.  

Conditions: a long-term political and economic crisis that threatens national security and the unity of the country. Military chief(s) eventually let the people elect a civilian president and form a civilian government after “re-construction” of political and economic systems. They usually leave for themselves the right to control further political process.  

 

“Democratic” coup  

A democratic coup would be a change of the government by the most aggressive (nationalistic) political party.  

Conditions:  

–artificial or actual government crisis  

–mass anti-government propaganda  

–organized “democratic” movement all over the country  

–provoked mass protests (10, 000 participants and up) and civil disobedience actions  

– mass demands to re-vote the presidential election  

– clashes with police.  

 

PART 4 Putin ordered to spread COVID-19 in USA  

 

Putin infected 33. 000. 000 mln and killed 600. 000 Americans with COVID -19 as a part of the “Boomerang” Operation, though he’ll never admit the fact. But this is what he can’t deny.  

The Soviet Union covertly operated the world's largest, longest, and most sophisticated biological weapons program, thereby violating its obligations as a party to the Biological Weapons Convention – the program lasted until 1992 but has been continued by Russia under President Putin until now. Russia weaponized and stockpiled the following bio-agents (and to have pursued basic research on many more): Bacillus anthracis (anthrax), Yersinia pestis (plague), Francisella tularensis (tularemia), Burkholderia mallei (glanders), Brucella sp. (brucellosis), Coxiella burnetii (Q-fever), Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEE), Botulinum toxin, Staphylococcal enterotoxin B, Smallpox, Marburg virus, Orthopoxvirus.  

These agents were genetically altered to resist heat, cold, and antibiotics. Russia created mobile production facilities so that inspectors could not uncover the program. It has been reported that Russia made smallpox available to Saddam Hussein. Putin administration never carried out 'a visible campaign to dismantle once and for all' the residual elements of the Soviet bioweapons program.  

In the 2000s, the academician, "A. S. ", proposed a new biological warfare program, called the "Biological Shield of Russia" to president Vladimir Putin. The program reportedly includes institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences from Pushchino.

Chimera Project  

The Chimera Project attempted in the late 1980s and early 1990s to combine DNA from Venezuelan equine encephalitis and smallpox at Obolensk, and Ebola virus and smallpox at Vector. In 1999 the experiments were still being continued.  

Notable biological agent outbreaks and accidents  

Aral smallpox incident  

An outbreak of weaponized smallpox occurred during testing in 1971. General Professor Peter Burgasov, former Chief Sanitary Physician of the Soviet Army, and a senior researcher within the program of biological weapons described this incident: “On Vozrozhdeniya Island in the Aral Sea, the strongest formulations of smallpox were tested. Suddenly, I was informed that there were mysterious cases of mortalities in Aralsk. A research ship of the Aral fleet had come within 15 km from the island (it was forbidden to come any closer than 40 km). The lab technician of this ship took samples of plankton twice a day from the top deck. The smallpox formulation— 400 gr. of which was exploded on the island—”got her”, and she became infected. After returning home to Aralsk, she infected several people, including children. All of them died. I suspected the reason for this and called the General Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Defense and requested to forbid the Alma-Ata train from stopping in Aralsk. As a result, an epidemic throughout the country was prevented. I called Andropov, who at that time was the Chief of the KGB, and informed him of the unique formulation of smallpox obtained on Vozrozhdeniya Island.  

Sverdlovsk anthrax leak  

Spores of Bacillus anthracis (the causative agent of anthrax) were accidentally released from a military facility in Sverdlovsk in April 1979. The death toll was at least 66, but no one knows the precise number, because all hospital records and other evidence were destroyed by the KGB’  

Marburg virus  

The Soviet Union reportedly had a large biological weapons program enhancing the usefulness of the Marburg virus. The development was conducted in Vector Institute under the leadership of Dr. Ustinov who was accidentally killed by the virus. The samples of Marburg taken from Ustinov's organs were more powerful than the original strain. The new strain, called "Variant U", had been successfully weaponized and approved by the Soviet Ministry of Defense in 1990.  

 

PART 5,. Putin wants to reinstate his asset Treump as the U. S. President by August, 2021  

 

Trump is Reportedly Telling People He Will Be Reinstated as President By August  

 

Former President Donald Trump is reportedly telling people that he expects to get reinstated by August, according to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman (shared this rather stunning detail in a quote tweet of a CNN segment featured in a tweet from Donie O’Sullivan). The video features a number of QAnon followers lauding a Myanmar-style coup of the US government ostensibly to replace President Joe Biden with Trump.  

Haberman wrote in her quote tweet “Trump has been telling a number of people he’s in contact with that he expects he will be reinstated by August” with an important parenthetical caveat that states “(no that isn’t how it works but simply sharing the information). ” Trump has been telling a number of people he’s in contact with that he expects he will get reinstated by August (no that isn’t how it works but simply sharing the information).  

Her comments do not come in a vacuum either. A number of Trump toadies have made similar comments before and during the QAnon conference that was held in Dallas, Texas over the weekend.  

Former National Security Advisor to Trump Michael Flynn (who pled guilty to lying to federal investigations before being pardoned) appeared to argue on behalf of a Myanmar-style coup during the QAnon conference. A biker vest clad Sidney Powell also stated during the QAnon conference that Trump should be reinstated as president. Why? Because according to the former Trump attorney there was “abject fraud and obtaining a coup of the United States of America. ” There was not.

And lest we forget Mike Lindell, founder of MyPillow and massive advertiser on Fox News prime time. He insisted during a podcast with Steve Bannon last week that “Donald Trump will be back in office in August, ” vowing to file a lawsuit that will confirm evidence of voter fraud during the 2020 election.  

So Flynn, Powell, and Lindell are all advocating some sort of reinsertion of Trump into office, though there is no Constitutional way for that to happen. But according to the reliably well-sourced Haberman, Trump himself is promoting the idea that he will be back in office by late summer.  

The idea that Trump would be reinstated into the White House is so absurd that it abuts “impossible” to happen. But the reason to amplify this story is to illustrate just how far gone many QAnon followers and their leaders—including Trump—appear to be in their delusion. And the surprisingly large number of supporters who keep buying it.

HOW I TEACH CIA TO TORTURE AND KILL  

 

Agent termination (one-way ticket)  

It doesn’t happen often but you have to know some special situations when you have to terminate the agent:  

1. He knows too much (talks too much) and is ready to betray you.  

2. VIP agent (politician) is under suspicion and you can’t help him for political reasons (diplomatic, international scandal, etc. ) — in such a case an accident could be staged. It happens that the agent is too close to President.  

3. Agent was involved in special operations (murders) and is dangerous as a witness.  

4. Agent is trying to blackmail you.  

5. You need to press (blackmail) other agents.  

 

Tortures  

 

Torture is a category of methods of interrogation designed to shock, hurt and humiliate the object and get information or to make him do something (if used for blackmail). Points to remember:  

–ongoing torture decreases pain sensitivity  

–people with strong will power take torture as a test  

–resistance to torture is often a form of hysterics after arrest  

–the object could take himself as a martyr if you torture him too much  

–torture could damage object’s psyche and you won’t be able to work with him (that’s why we keep terrorists in Guantanamo Bay without trial – we turn them into idiots)  

–people usually trust "after torture information" more than voluntary confessions  

–there are different types of torture and professionals often combine them  

 

Techniques of psychological torture include:  

– fake execution  

– complete isolation ("wall therapy")  

– daylight deprivation  

– forcible narcotics addiction. Here you can use depressants, stimulants, opiates or hallucinogens : depressants (alcohol, barbiturates, antianxiety drugs with effects of euphoria, tension reduction,, muscle relaxation, drowsiness; stimulants (cocaine, amphetamine, methamphetamine (crystal meth), with effects of fast euphoria, exhilaration, high physical and mental energy, reduced appetite, perceptions of power, and sociability; hallucinogens with effects of euphoria, hallucinations, distorted perceptions and sensations  

–making the object observe others being tortured (such as family members)  

–abuse of object’s national, religious feelings or political views)  

The effects of psychological torture are: anxiety, depression, fear, psychosis, difficulty concentrating, communication disabilities, insomnia, impaired memory, headaches, hallucinations, sexual disturbances, destruction of self-image, inability to socialize  

 

Techniques of physical torture include:  

–food, water, sleep deprivation  

–damage to vital body organs (brain, lungs, kidneys, liver, private parts) plus electric shock. The brain is particularly dependent on a continuous and stable supply of oxygen and glucose.  

–rape  

–face deformation  

–water cure ( the torturer pours water down the throat of the subject to inflict the terror of drowning. In another variation, the subject is tied or held don in a chair, his face is covered with a cloth or plastic sheet, and water is poured slowly or quickly over his face to encourage him to talk  

The effects of physical torture are: extreme (unbearable) pain, hypertension, fatigue, cardiopulmonary and other disorders, brain atrophy.  

 

 

 

Murders  

 

Regular  

Shooting, explosives or poison (cyanides, curare). Use a sniper or a "mouse" car (loaded with explosives and parked on the object’s route) if access to the object is impossible because of high security. Anyway, the murder is obvious and investigation is inevitable.  

General scheme.  

The best thing to do is to recruit or " install" somebody with access to the object’s security system and get information on his schedule (plus health and habits), places where he likes to relax. Try to gain access to his phone.  

Then prepare the plan and train three groups: surveillance (with optics and radios), action (includes snipers, explosives technicians or staged accidents specialists), and security (these people neutralize bodyguards, witnesses and other people who could interrupt the action; they complete the action if the action group fails; and they can neutralize the action group later, if planned so; they "cover" the safe retreat of action group and "cut" the chase).

Staged accidents (suicides, catastrophes, drowning or fall, robbery or rape followed by murder, technical accident (fire, electricity, gas), drugs, weapons, poison, explosives misuse. What's a CIA “passive sabotage” conspiracy?

Answer. Kennedy would have won the 1964 Presidential election and then conceivably his brothers, Robert and Edward, would keep the Oval Office until 1984. No war in Vietnam.  

Question 2. Why would CIA take such a huge risk?  

Answer. There was no risk at all and there was no "huge conspiracy – there was a "passive sabotage" operation. CIA Director John McCone, FBI Director Edgar Hoover and Secret Service Director James Rowley ordered their field offices to ignore Oswald until operation is over.  

Question 3. Why was Kennedy murdered in public? President Kennedy was a sick man, taking a lot of pills daily. He had Addison’s disease which, in addition to susceptibility to infection can cause weakness, weight loss and low blood pressure; so he was taking cortisone. For his back pain Dr. Max Jacobson injected him (and Jackie) with a mixture of unspecified (! ) multivitamins, hormones, steroids, enzymes, and animal organ cells. Kennedy also used cocaine, marijuana, hashish and even LSD, especially during dates with women, including prostitutes —- for many people this was not a secret. There were enough opportunities to stage a death in private.  

Answer. This had to be a public execution with a very clear message for the next Presidents – "Don’t touch CIA! " and it worked.

After winning the California primary election for the Democratic nomination for the US President, Senator Robert Kennedy was shot as he walked through the kitchen of the Ambassador Hotel. Sirhan Sirhan, a 24-year-old Palestinian immigrant, was convicted of Kennedy's murder and is serving a life sentence for the crime.

For 2000, Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura persuaded Trump to seek the presidential nomination of the Reform Party. Trump focused his campaign on the issues of fair trade, eliminating the national debt, and achieving universal healthcare as outlined in the campaign companion piece The America We Deserve, released in January 2000. He tried to kill Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to remove the competitors and speed up the process.

If I have to investigate Diana's death, I would start with a very simple question :what happened to the driver, the Ritz security chief Henri Paul? He tried to out-run paparazzi by speeding down a Riverfront Expressway, but lost somehow control of the Mercedes S280 near the entrance to the Alma Tunnel and crashed into a concrete pillar at an estimated speed of 65 to 70 miles per hour. He died on impact of a severed spine and a ruptured aorta.  

Attention. The tests showed an extraordinary high (not explained until now) level of carbon monoxide in his blood (20. 7 %), which should have caused a severe headache, dizziness, confusion and absolute aversion to alcohol. Very heavy smokers can have a level of up to 9%, and Henri Paul was not a heavy smoker. There were no ventilation problems in his apartment, office or car. The gas didn’t appear from inside Mercedes because no other passenger was affected. So, what happened to Henri Paul?

Next day, June 7, Hillary announced she's out of the race. Both Obama and Hillary tried to keep this meeting a secret. Bilderberg Club rules the world and they ordered Hillary Clinton to leave the presidential race.  

They appointed Obama the President. Henry Kissinger is the oldest permanent member of the club and the best friend of Putin, Russian President. Kissinger used to come and meet Putin in Moscow every year, 2000 through 2012. The talks were secret.  

Clintons have for years regularly spent their winter holidays with Kissinger and his wife, Nancy, at the beachfront villa of fashion designer Oscar de la Renta in the Dominican Republic. So, Hillary and Kissinger are good friends, but Putin is a bigger one for Henry.  

 

  

 

 

 

I made the biggest mistake in my life when I've helped Russian President Putin to steal the inevitable victory from people's presidential candidate 2016 – Hillary Clinton.  

 

I was sure she was going to start World War III with Russia and I kill her 2016 presidency, though she helped me a lot when I had problems with CIA. I refused to kill Bill Clinton in 1996, sent her the information and she helped with my family reunion.

FSO includes Special Communications and Information Service of Russia (Spetsviaz or SCID).  

It is is a cryptologic intelligence agency of Russia responsible for the collection and analysis of foreign communications and foreign signals intelligence, as well as protecting Russian government communications and information systems, which involves information security and cryptanalysis/cryptography. It is the equivalent to the United States National Security Agency.  

 

Putin appointed these two chiefs to be in charge of the "Hillary-2016" Project.

According to this plan SCID :  

1. Had penetrated the servers of the Democratic National Committee and Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the DNC chair, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta in person, whose private emails were published by WikiLeaks in the days leading up to the Democratic convention. Putin called the hacking and release of nearly 20, 000 emails from the DNC "a public service". The e-mails the DNC's favoritism of Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders published by Wikileaks compromised Dems' leaders and Hillary too.  

2. Hacked Hillary Clinton's personal phone and computer. All information was transferred straight to Trump who got the possibility to correct his strategy. And leaked to the public.  

3. Hacked the 2016 elections.  

How?  

First, the attackers probed election offices well in advance in order to find ways to break into their computers. Second, closer to the election, when it was clear from polling data which states would have close electoral margins, the attackers spreaded malware into voting machines in some of the states, rigging the machines to shift a few percent of the vote.

1. Trump never talks bad about Putin in person. Trump’s admiration for a strongman who presides over a system of autocratic cronyism, flouts international law with his territorial ambitions, works against U. S. interests in hot spots around the globe, and apparently might have even deployed computer hackers to meddle in our election looks weird. But it looks natural if they are a family.  

2. Trump plays a "wife". He loves his husband.  

He loves to brag that Putin once called him a “genius, ” claiming that he “got to know him well” as “stablemates” during separately pre-taped interviews airing on the same episode of CBS’s 60 Minutes.  

3. Love is a also based on business. Trump’s love for Putin sits side by side with his material ties to Putin and assorted Russian oligarchs, from former campaign manager Paul Manafort—who worked to elect a Putin ally in Ukraine—to the strong evidence that Trump’s businesses received substantial funding from Russian elites.  

4. Trump supports a language of Putin admiration on the mainstream right, where the Russian president is contrasted as a supposedly masculine alternative to the presumably effete Barack Obama : "... people are looking at Putin as one who wrestles bears and drills for oil. They look at our president [Obama] as one who wears mom jeans and equivocates and bloviates. ”  

5. Trump is not shy to demonstrate his love : “When people call you brilliant, it’s always good, especially when the person heads up Russia. ”  

6. Trump praised Putin with his victory in 2018 presidential elections, though every Republican was against it. Do you understand now that he couldn't shut up?  

7. “I’ve always felt fine about Putin" – criticized for those comments by Sen. Marco Rubio, Trump later said his detractors were just "jealous. "  

8. Now it's clear why Trump declined to support NATO guarantees of the Baltics. He wants to reorient NATO away from Russia entirely. He welcomed Russia’s incursion into Syria, even though it was pretty clearly not intended to fight ISIS. He suggested that Putin’s human rights record wasn’t really anything to be worried about. He pretty clearly signaled that he doesn’t care much about Russia’s invasion of either Crimea or Ukraine.  

9. In November 2013, Trump said on MSNBC of the Miss Universe pageant he had a relationship with Vladimir Putin: “I do have a relationship and I can tell you that he’s very interested in what we’re doing here today... "

How to run assets  

 

You can get tons of information through technical devices but no device can influence decisions made by leaders of other countries. That’s why for thousands of years to come, a reliable agent will be the top tool of any special service, and their actual names have to be kept secret forever, please. Trump, VIP agent (a top government employee) is a very rare thing and depends hugely on luck, because he can make or influence big political decisions. Trump has access to the Oval Office, he can change the world and America, and can sabotage global political, economic or military actions.

If a spy is an intelligence officer working abroad under "cover" (diplomat, businessman, reporter) you can identify him by:  

– following the careers of all diplomats who work at your enemy’s embassies all over the world  

– recruiting a "mole" inside the intelligence service (or inside the station)  

– setting up your agent for recruitment by the enemy’s station  

– watching foreigners who try to make discreet contacts with native citizens with access to secrets  

– making a model of a spy (professional behavior, attempts to detect surveillance, attempts to recruit sources or just get any classified information during normal meetings, "throwing away" money trying to get access to government employees, military and scientific circles)  

– using secret surveillance and listening devices inside the station and practicing secret searches  

If a spy is an intelligence officer working in your country under "cover" of a native citizen (or he is recruited by a native citizen) you identify him by making a model (contacts with identified spies — that’s often the only sign which points out a spy, and that’s why surveillance is very important in getting information from a "mole").

A "mole" is a spy inside the government, recruited or "installed" most often within the special services, by an outside government/agency. The 3 most dangerous things a "mole" can do:  

1. Calculate President’s plans and decisions judging by information he’s asking for.  

2. Manipulate information being sent to President, and thus influence global political decisions  

3. Paralyze to some extent the government (if he’s CIA or FBI Director)  

 

Methods to detect a "mole":  

 

A. Use index cards (special file) — never use computers to save this information!  

Prepare a file on each officer and mark there the signs of a "mole" — has or spends too much money, asks too many extra questions; uses professional skills to check for physical and technical surveillance; has discreet contacts with foreigners; discreet copying of top secret documents; attempts to get a job in most secret departments; talks with close friends and family members about the possibility of making money as a "mole"; behavior deviations — extra suspiciousness, excitement, depression, drugs or alcohol addiction. Three signs are enough to start an investigation — the "triangulation" principle.  

B. Use provocation. If a prospective "mole" is looking for a contact with the enemy and is ready to betray, and you have exact information, organize such a "meeting" for him. Do not arrest the person right away — play along, as he may give you connections to other people who are ready to betray. There’s one more provocation method: you supply the suspects with "highly classified information" and just watch what they do.  

C. Use "filter" or "narrowing the circle. " Include all the officers you suspect in a "circle" and narrow it until one name is left as the most likely suspect.  

D. Make a "model" of a "mole, " judging by information you have on him.  

E. Recruit an insider. Recruit a "mole" inside your enemy’s intelligence service and he’ll help you to find the one inside yours (it’s called "grabbing the other end of a thread").  

F. Don’t trust anybody.  

 

What to do if you detect a "mole"  

 

– assess the damage  

– restrict his access to classified information and start "feeding" him with fake data  

– stop all operations he was involved in and create the illusion they are still in progress  

– bring home officers and agents who work abroad and had contacts with him and those to whose files he had access  

– start 24/7 surveillance if you’ve decided to play the game and look into his contacts  

– arrest the "mole" discreetly (if you want to continue the game)  

Attention : Effective methods to prevent treason do not exist.  

 

How to cover your "mole"  

 

There are special methods to cover your own "mole" and a "switch" is the most effective — it’s when you "switch" counterintelligence to other, innocent persons who work with the "mole. " You can try information "leaks" through a "double agent" — it looks like you receive top secret information through another traitor or by breaking the electronic security systems. Or you can try information "leak" through publications in big newspapers — it looks like information is not secret and is known to many people or there’s another "mole. "  

 

Categories of agents  

 

A. "Garbage" (60%), the "no trust " category.  

Recruitment is #1 priority for the officer and a part of his working plan and very often he has to recruit people who are not born agents. You can work with a nice guy, teach him, pay him, press him — and he still avoids any cooperation (busy, sick, on vacation, etc. ). It’s hard to get rid of him because, first, you have to explain to your superiors why you recruited garbage and second, there’s a rule: if you want to be very smart and innovative, a reformer, who came here to start intelligence revolution and get rid of a passive agent, recruit an active one first. Also, agents who work under pressure (blackmail) sooner or later slide into this category.  

B. Trump  

Good agents (30%), middle category. They adhere to the rules of discipline and keep the schedule (that’s very important even if there’s no information), deliver a lot of information that you have to verify through other sources, but don’t show much initiative. Used for regular espionage: go and talk to the object, copy documents, make a recording, take pictures, listen, watch. You can trust them and check often, anyway.  

C. Born agents (10%). You are very lucky if you can recruit such people. They betray their country with pleasure and sometimes do not even ask for money because it’s in their character — they are looking for adventure or are not happy with their personal or professional life and seek improvement or revenge. They take risks, have good analytical abilities, good education, make (VIP) connections easily, "crack" any object, play the "good guy" whom you can trust. Sometimes they come to you as volunteers, and if they bring valuable stuff – recruit them  

Special category. Women.  

Women are a special category here, as elsewhere, and the rule is: if you can’t recruit a real agent, you recruit a woman. It’s not professional to recruit a woman for a serious operation, but if you want to get to an important object, a woman can introduce you. OK, you can recruit a US Senator’s secretary or a typist from the Pentagon, but it will be on your conscience if she gets caught. Such cases entail a life sentence, usually — how would you feel? Besides, women often fall in love with their objects and tell them everything. Finally, a married woman is much bigger problem than a married man.  

 

Recruitment rules  

 

Recruit a small number of well-informed people.  

Do not recruit:  

– volunteers (unless it’s a "mole" or other government employee who brings you top secret information right away. In a counter-intelligence set-up, a "volunteer" will try to get information about you, telling the minimum about himself. )  

– persons with low educational and intellectual level  

– people under 30 or over 70, unless it’s a VIP. (Did someone get Jim Baker? Dick Cheney? )  

– mafia members  

– people who are happy with their lives and careers  

The best formula when you recruit is a mix of money and ideology (brainwashing). It’s not necessary to sign recruitment obligations — people take that as a blackmail tool. It’s enough if the fellow brings a good piece of information and get paid (make a video, anyway).

All spies who work in the USA under legal "cover" as diplomats, reporters, scientists, businessmen, actors, artists, musicians, sportsmen have the legal right to make and develop any contacts and invite people to private parties; then they "transfer" these contacts to professional recruiters. Any embassy can invite any politician to official and private parties and "work" with him there. Besides, all those people can invite prospective candidates to their countries or to other country to develop the contact; it’s much easier to recruit abroad. And remember, any contact, any talk, any piece of biography is already information.  

3. You can get information about candidates through other agents and through the media.  

4. It’s useful to install listening devices in the government buildings or listen to the phones, and collect compromising information on politicians. I recommend listening to the phones all over the city, if it’s the capital of the country.

KGB Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Putin, a future Russian President, served under the cover in 1985 по 1990 at KGB station in Dresden, East Germany, his German and the knowledge of German history, traditions and culture were perfect. His job was to train illegal Russian spies who then lived and worked for Russia in Western Germany, Europe and USA as born Germans, so he had an absolute knowledge and experience in recruitment technology. Putin was KGB recruiter which is a top KGB espionage professional level. He was a very good choice to recruit Trump, pretending he, like Trump, was a successful businessman with German roots.

Soviet Ambassador Yuri Dubinin met Trump at a party in New York, flattered him with praise for his business achievements, made him happy and saw the guy was an easy target for KGB. Dubinin talked to Yuri Antipov, the New York KGB station chief, Antipov sent a coded telegram to KGB Chief Vladimir Kryuchkov. KGB boss ordered Viktor Vladimorov to start the operation on Trump.

Dubinin informed Trump that "Goscomtourist", Soviet State International Tourism Committee (often used as a cover by KGB) was interested in a joint Soviet-American hotel project.  

July 4, 1987  

Trump came to Moscow to negotiate the project which was a KGB trap. Russians knew Trump wanted to buy a land right next to Kremlin – instead, they insisted on the lease, which was an unacceptable offer for Donald. Then they said there was another proposal from a businessman in Saint Petersburg. Trump was interested and the city was on his tourist route anyway.  

That was when Putin appeared. First, he said, Russians might invest in Trump's business in USA and worldwide. Second, he convinced Trump that "genius" like him deserved to rule the world as the U. S. President. The deal was : Russians help Trump with the presidency – Trump helps Russians to avoid WWIII. Donald took the bait.

Trump spent $100, 000 (Russian money, of course) on full-page newspaper ads at New York Times, Washington Post and Boston Globe that published a political manifesto. “An open letter from Donald J. Trump on why America should stop paying to defend countries that can afford to defend themselves. ”  

2003 – 2017  

Russians made 86 all-cash purchases — a red flag of potential money laundering — of Trump properties, totaling $109 million. In 2010, the private-wealth division of Deutsche Bank also loaned him hundreds of millions of dollars during the same period it was laundering billions in Russian money. “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets, ” said Donald Jr. in 2008. “We don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia, ” boasted Eric Trump in 2014.  

2013  

Putin, being aware that Trump might get out of control in case he's elected the President, ordered the operation to get a compromising stuff on the asset.  

November 2, 2013  

Trump came to Moscow for his Miss Universe 2013 pageant and stayed at Ritz Carlton. Trump hired prostitutes to perform a "golden showers" (urination) show in front of him", "defiling" the presidential suite bed in which the Obamas had previously slept. It was a set up, a regular one.  

 

Attention : Trump met Yulia Alferova, a beautiful girl, at the Miss Universe beauty pageant in Moscow. She shared the image on her Instagram on November 9, 2016, the day after Trump was elected the US president. Trump’s longtime friends and interlocutors on business matters in Russia, the billionaire Aras Agalarov and his son Emin, the president and vice president of the Crocus Group real-estate company, asked the then-26-year-old Alferova, a quick-thinking Moscow entrepreneur, to help organize Trump’s Miss Universe contest.  

Was she one of the ladies Trump had sex with in the same suite that the Obamas had?

"Golden" rules you follow handling Trump  

 

1. Do not tell Trump about problems and mistakes of the agency, about your personal problems, about other agents, about his own file and compromising information you have on him.  

2. Don’t show Trump any classified documents – you might provoke him to sell the information to somebody else.  

3. Don’t trust Trump too much; they can use you to compromise their personal enemies.  

4. Never criticize Trump – be an adviser. Don’t talk straight if he avoids cooperation or brings you garbage – just reduce or stop payments, or get rid of him.  

5. You lose Trump if you don’t pay him for a job well done, ask him to "produce" fake information (to show your bosses how much great espionage activity you have going on) or if you don’t care about his personal security and his personal problems (health, career). And — never give poison to your agent for security reasons..  

Questioning Trump  

 

This is of extreme importance – the right question brings you the right answer and top secret info. Give Trump a chance to tell and show you everything he’s brought, no matter how chaotic the story might be or how ordinary the documents look. Don’t make written notices. Don’t bring written questions even if you are talking about some advanced technology — look and be professional. Don’t let Trump analyze the information before he talks to you and don’t let him bring it in a written form – it’s usually not complete; he can lose it; or it may be stolen from him. If there are documents, he has to bring a microfilm. Ask questions — when? where? what happened? why? what’s going to happen next?  

After that you tell the story back to Trump and he adds details. At the end of the meeting give the agent another task and don’t ask him to bring you "something, " because he’ll bring you just that "something" and nothing else.  

Remember, questioning is not interrogation; do not bring another officer to the meeting because it will look like cross interrogation.  

 

Teaching Trump  

 

Teach Trump to:  

– follow security rules while talking to people, working with the documents and especially meeting the officer (some foreign agencies practice open contacts with many people, hoping that the meeting with the agent won’t attract much attention — I don’t recommend that)  

– always stay calm in stressful situations  

– always keep discipline and come in time  

– use analytic abilities working with people and documents – ask yourself as many questions as you can  

 

Checking Trump  

 

You can never be sure you are not working with a "double agent, " even if he brings you top secret stuff. Besides, agents are human beings and they make mistakes — they forget about security, spend too much money, talk too much and ask extra questions; if arrested they may not play the hero but will tell everything. Anyway, you can check Trump:  

a. by fake arrest followed by severe interrogation.  

b. through provocation (tell him you know about his "double game" and watch his behavior after the meeting (it’s good to have a listening device or a camera in his house).  

c. by making an analysis of all the information and documents he delivers and comparing it with information from other sources.  

d. through other agents.  

e. through your "mole" in counter-intelligence (if you’re lucky).  

f. through technical devices (reading the mail, listening to the phone, secret searching his house and office, watching him through hidden cameras, trying surveillance in the street).  

 

Trump termination (one-way ticket)  

 

It doesn’t happen often but you have to know some special situations when you have to terminate Trump:  

1. Trump knows too much (talks too much) and is ready to betray you.  

2. Trump is under suspicion and you can’t help him for political reasons (diplomatic, international scandal, etc. ) — in such a case an accident could be staged. It happens that the agent is too close to President.  

3. Trump was involved in special operations (murders) and is dangerous as a witness.  

4. Trump is trying to blackmail you.  

5. You need to press (blackmail) other agents.

Russian oligarch Victor Vekselberg, who has an estimated worth of $13 billion, a close friend of Putin, wired $500, 000 into a First Republic bank account registered to Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen's Essential Consulting Co.  

The money was routed to Cohen in 8 payments from Columbus Nova, a Manhattan-based investment firm owned by Vekselberg's American cousin Andrew Intrater. Richard Ownes, an aatorney for Columbus Nova, explained that the wire transfers were issued after the firm hired Cohen as a business consultant.

Second, Putin, not two other presidents, allowed Trump's and Ivanka's business there.

Americans have to know that right after taking office, Donald Trump abandoned a bizarre hotel project in Azerbaijan which never made any sense to begin with. It was built in an industrial part of town where a hotel wouldn’t be needed. The roads being built to the hotel didn’t even lead to it. And now it turns out the entire hotel project appears to have been little more than an excuse to illegally launder money coming from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.  

The Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku project was spearheaded by Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump, who repeatedly visited the property and posted photos of herself touring it, even though as best anyone can tell the hotel was never going to open or do any business. It appears in hindsight that Ivanka had merely been doing all of this in order to create the outward appearance that the hotel was a legitimate project.  

Аs it turns out, the hotel deal had been struck with Ziya Mammadov, the corrupt Transportation Minister of Azerbaijan, who has a history of arranging shady real estate projects as money laundering fronts. Mammadov and his family have deep financial connections to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, making it almost certain that the Trumps were knowingly and illegally doing business with Iran. It also seems likely that Trump shuttered the project upon taking office in the hope it wouldn’t be investigated.  

Тhe legal responsibility falls on U. S. citizens to be aware of which foreigners they’re doing business with. So even if Donald and Ivanka Trump try to claim ignorance in this instance, it wouldn’t legally get them off the hook.  

 

So, Ivanka Trump and her father are working for Ali Khamenei, Iranian Supreme leader.  

 

Iranian Revolutionary Guard provides support for Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad in Israel, and has given much support and training to terrorists supporting the Palestinian resistance. They are aiding the Iraqi insurgency in southern Iraq. On September 26, 2007, the United States Senate passed legislation by a vote of 76-22 designating the Iranian Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization. U. S. President George W. Bush and Congress labeled the group under the guidelines established by Executive Order 13224 issued after the September 11, 2001 attacks.  

In August 2012, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei instructed the Revolutionary Guards and Quds Force to increase their terror attacks due to what the Iranian government perceived as their interests being threatened by United Nations sanctions and the West's support of Syrian opposition.  

In January 2017, Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman said that Iran represents ”the three main ills of the region” which are “borderless ideologies, state instability, and terrorism” and that there is “no point in negotiating with a power that is committed to exporting its exclusivist ideology, engaging in terrorism, and violating the sovereignty of other nations”.

July 10, 2017  

 

Donald Trump Jr gave fake information about the subjects allegedly discussed at the meeting, which took place on June 9, 2016, in Trump Tower in Manhattan. In addition to Trump Jr., the president’s son-in-law Jared Kushner and Trump's then-campaign chairman Paul Manafort attended the meeting with Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya.  

"I was asked to have a meeting by an acquaintance I knew from the 2013 Miss Universe pageant with an individual who I was told might have information helpful to the campaign, " Trump Jr. said. "I was not told her name prior to the meeting. I asked Jared and Paul to attend, but told them nothing of the substance.  

 

"We had a meeting in June 2016. After pleasantries were exchanged, the woman stated that she had information that individuals connected to Russia were funding the Democratic National Committee and supporting Ms. Clinton. Her statements were vague, ambiguous and made no sense. No details or supporting information was provided or even offered. It quickly became clear that she had no meaningful information".  

Trump Jr. said that Veselnitskaya then changed the subject and began discussing the adoption of Russian children and moved the conversation towards the Magnitsky Act -- a 2012 bill that blocks certain Russian officials' entrance to the U. S. and their use of the U. S. banking system. After the act was passed, Russia stopped allowing Americans to adopt Russian children. Veselnitskaya is best known for her work against the Magnitsky Act.  

"It became clear to me that this was the true agenda all along and that the claims of potentially helpful information were a pretext for the meeting. I interrupted and advised her that my father was not an elected official, but rather a private citizen, and that her comments and concerns were better addressed if and when he held public office, " Trump Jr. said in his statement.  

 

"The meeting lasted approximately 20 to 30 minutes. As it ended, my acquaintance apologized for taking up our time. That was the end of it and there was no further contact or follow-up of any kind, " he said.  

Trump Jr. added that his father knew nothing of the meeting.  

 

RUSSIAN KGB OFFICER RINAT AKHMETSHIN WAS PRESENT AT THE MEETING  

 

Rinat Akmetshin was present at the meeting – he came together with Veselnitskaya.  

 

An admitted former Russian spy who now works as a lobbyist in Washington and has been tied to the creators of the unverified Trump dossier [his 2013 Moscow recruitment by Russian SVR – M. K. ] may have lobbied against Russian sanctions, according to a letter by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA).  

Grassley requested all immigration information available on Rinat Akhmetshin, a Russian citizen who became an American citizen in 2009, in a letter written Tuesday. He cited a July 2016 complaint alleging Akhmetshin had not registered as a foreign agent as required by law. Akhmetshin was described by Radio Free Europe as a "Russian gun-for-hire [lurking] in the shadows of Washington's lobbying world. " In one interview, he admitted to having worked as a Soviet KGB counterintelligence officer. In another interview, he denied it. He would have had to mention his intelligence work when applying for U. S. citizenship.  

He allegedly worked with Fusion GPS, the company behind the unverified dossier that claimed ties between President Trump and Russia.

President Putin and Mr Flynn attended the gala dinner in honour of Russia's RT television network.  

Donald Trump’s embattled National Security Adviser led a standing ovation for Vladimir Putin during a gala. Flynn didn’t just join the standing ovation for Putin. He started it.  

In a video posted by the Democratic Coalition Against Trump, not only did Flynn joined in the standing ovation following Putin’s speech, but on closer examination, it’s clear that Flynn and the woman next to him led the standing ovation for Putin.  

Flynn had the honor, along with Jill Stein (who also joined in the ovation), of sitting at Putin’s table.

Putin also rejected as "another load of nonsense" claims that the Kremlin had any damaging information on President Trump.

Episode 4. How to remove Trump : schizophrenia

White House national security adviser H. R. McMaster said President Trump had the intelligence of a "kindergartner" and called him an "idiot" and a "dope" during a private dinner over the summer in Washington. Sources told BuzzFeed that McMaster mocked Trump’s intelligence during a dinner in July with Safra Catz, the CEO of software company Oracle.  

Catz “said the conversation was so inappropriate that it was jaw-dropping. ”  

McMaster also reportedly mocked the president’s intelligence to another source in private, saying Trump didn’t have the brainpower needed to grasp the issues the National Security Council addresses. The source was unaware of the national security adviser’s remarks at the July dinner, which took place at a local restaurant.  

 

McMaster reportedly said Kushner, the president’s son-in-law, shouldn’t be working in the White House and on national security issues.  

McMaster isn’t the first administration official reported to have criticized Trump’s intelligence. Tillerson called the president a “moron” during a meeting at the Pentagon in July, NBC News reported. The State Department denied Tillerson made the remark.  

 

I recommend the Democrats to introduce a bill under the 25th amendment that Trump needs to be removed for mental illness.

In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.  

 

 

 

 

Trump : schizophrenia, 10 symptoms  

 

SCHIZOPHRENIA – a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behavior, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation.  

 

Trump's symptoms of this long-term mental disorder include:  

 

1. Hostility, suspiciousness, extreme reaction to criticism – Trump's anti-media attitude.  

2. Odd or irrational statements : "We build the anti--Mexican wall and Mexico gonna pay for it".  

3. Delusions of grandeur : Trump believes that he is a unique human being (like Jesus) on a mission to save America. His malignant narcissism is beyond any explanation.  

4. Unpredictable or inappropriate emotional responses – "I can kill anybody in the street! "  

5. Trump's behavior is bizarre – he treats women as sexual slaves.  

6. Trump's thinking and speech are disorganized, speech speech often includes putting together meaningless words that can't be understood – word salad. That means he's usually promising to fix everything (healthcare, immigration, Palestinian problem) but has no idea what to do.  

7. Delusions – Trump has false beliefs that are not based in reality. One of the biggest, with no proof at all, – his false contention that he lost national popular vote because of illegal votes.  

8. Trump's motor behavior in public is disorganized and abnormal motor behavior. His appearances are really scary because they usually end up in unpredictable agitation no matter what the question or problem is under discussion.  

9. Trump is a pathological liar, no matter what facts you have to prove he's wrong. His statement "I never met Putin" is ridiculous after this Savage's 2015 radio show audio was posted on the web: https://clyp. it/ijpsirbw.  

10. Trump has trouble organizing his thoughts or making logical connections. His mind is racing from one unrelated thought to another. Sometimes he has "thought withdrawal, " a feeling that thoughts are removed from his head, or "thought blocking, " when his flow of thinking suddenly gets interrupted.  

 

ATTENTION : Trump ends up in a suicide if his schizophrenia is untreated at all.

It also operates a secure communications system for senior government officials. The FSO is a powerful institution with a range of rights and powers, including the right to conduct searches and surveillance without warrants, make arrests, and give orders to other state agencies.  

FSO includes Special Communications and Information Service of Russia (Spetsviaz or SCID).  

It is is a cryptologic intelligence agency of Russia responsible for the collection and analysis of foreign communications and foreign signals intelligence, as well as protecting Russian government communications and information systems, which involves information security and cryptanalysis/cryptography. It is the equivalent to the United States National Security Agency.  

 

Putin appointed these two chiefs to be in charge of the "Hillary-2016" Project.

According to this plan SCID :  

1. Had penetrated the servers of the Democratic National Committee and Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the DNC chair, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta in person, whose private emails were published by WikiLeaks in the days leading up to the Democratic convention. Putin called the hacking and release of nearly 20, 000 emails from the DNC "a public service". The e-mails the DNC's favoritism of Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders published by Wikileaks compromised Dems' leaders and Hillary too.  

2. Hacked Hillary Clinton's personal phone and computer. All information was transferred straight to Trump who got the possibility to correct his strategy. And leaked to the public.  

3. Hacked the 2016 elections.  

How?  

First, the attackers probed election offices well in advance in order to find ways to break into their computers. Second, closer to the election, when it was clear from polling data which states would have close electoral margins, the attackers spreaded malware into voting machines in some of the states, rigging the machines to shift a few percent of the vote.

A former FBI Director Comey worked for Putin and Trump which is, actually, anti-American conspiracy and treason.

Hillary Clinton woke up on the morning of Oct. 28 as the likely next president. Trump had come off a period of 5 weeks in which he’d had three erratic debates and numerous women accuse him of sexual assault after the “Access Hollywood” tape became public. Clinton led by approximately 6 percentage points in national polls and by 6 to 7 points in polls of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Her leads in Florida and North Carolina were narrow, and she was only tied with Trump in Ohio and Iowa. 1 But it was a pretty good overall position.

And it was an especially pernicious shift for Clinton because (at least according to the FiveThirtyEight model) Clinton was underperforming in swing states as compared to the country overall. In the average swing state, 3 Clinton’s lead declined from 4. 5 percentage points at the start of Oct. 28 to just 1. 7 percentage points on Nov. 4. If the polls were off even slightly, Trump could be headed to the White House.

Russian President Vladimir Putin offered to give political asylum to former FBI Director James Comey, poking at tensions between Comey and President Trump. “If Comey will be under the threat of political persecution, we are ready to accept him here, ” Putin said at a press conference, according to Russian state media outlet TASS.  

Comey testified last week that Trump pressured him to "let go" of the FBI investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn before Trump fired him. Comey acknowledged leaking his personal memos about his conversations with Trump to the media, which the White House has seized on to attack the former FBI head's credibility.  

Putin compared Comey's decision to leak details of conversations with Trump to the actions of Edward Snowden, the National Security Agency leaker who was granted asylum by Russia. n“This is strange. How then is the director of the FBI any different from Snowden? He is not a head of the special services, but a human rights activist, ” Putin said.  

The U. S. intelligence community concluded last year that Russia interfered in the presidential election specifically to help Trump win. The Justice Department, the FBI and the Senate and House Intelligence committees are all investigating Russian meddling int he 2016 presidential election as well as potential links between Trump's campaign and the Kremlin.  

Putin has denied any interference in the U. S. election. Of course.

So, I had to come to St. Regis Hotel, New York to join President Barack Obama Thursday, May 13, 2010 (St. Regis Hotel Ballroom, Two East 55th Street at Fifth Avenue, New York, New York). 6:00 p. m. – Host Committee VIP Reception 6:30 p. m. – Dinner  

 

I got St. Regis ballroom plan. Actually, I could eliminate “Obama” but it’s a suicide to work on the roof of the hotel.  

 

It wasn't very complicated job if I would have taken it. All I had to do was: buy 9mm Zig Zauer (Secret Service pistol), practice shooting in the forest upstate, come to St. Regis unarmed, disarm any Secret Service fat pig and do the job.

I was sure CIA- FBI -Secret Service planned to kill me. I was right – the U. S. Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan sent a team of killers to hunt me.

I’ve got confidential information that two Secret Service teams were hunting me all over New York City: team #1 (two guys) and team #2 ( two guys and a woman).  

Team #1 asked my friend to give me their phone number, so I could call them, emergency.  

Team #2, armed with handguns, broke into my wife’s apartment, searched it and interrogated her in a very rude manner, ordered her to keep their visit secret, took her PC and left. Soon after that my wife (we were separated) had a stroke and in 2013 she died.  

I talked to team #1 on the phone and then I met them in a safe place. They said they came from Washington to stop team #2 from killing me. They also asked me to shut up about the dinner with Obama. I said: "If they want to kill me, tell them to put a sniper in a house across the street – I'm not scared". They got very nervous and asked me to slow down and stop talking if I don’t want problems.

Conservative author Jerome Corsi has lodged a formal complaint with the Justice Department accusing special counsel Robert Mueller's office of misconduct in the investigation into Russian election interference.  

Corsi, an associate of Roger Stone, alleges Mueller's team tried to pressure him to admit that he lied about his efforts to learn WikiLeaks' plans ahead of the release of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's stolen emails in October 2016. Corsi insists he never lied. He says he forgot about the messages he sent to Stone and others seeking to find out what damaging information WikiLeaks had on the Clinton campaign — and later amended his testimony after he found them.  

"The special counsel and his prosecutorial staff threatened to indict Dr. Corsi, who is now 72 years old, and effectively put him in jail for the rest of his life, unless Dr. Corsi would provide the false testimony that they demanded, even after being informed that the testimony desired would be false, " says the 78-page document. "This is criminal. "  

The paperwork was addressed to acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, the Justice Department's inspector general and the District of Columbia Bar.  

Former federal prosecutors contacted by NBC News said they believe Corsi's claims against Mueller have no merit.  

"Filing a complaint based on Corsi's version of the truth abuses the role of the inspector general to ferret out wrongdoing within DOJ and seems to be more of a public relations stunt than a meritorious concern, " said Daniel Goldman, a former federal prosecutor who is now a legal analyst for NBC News and MSNBC.  

Mimi Rocah, who served as an assistant U. S. attorney for New York's Southern District, described Corsi's claims as "patently ridiculous. "  

"This is somebody who doesn't like the fact that he's being caught in his lies, " said Rocah, now a Pace University law professor and legal analyst for NBC News and MSNBC.  

The experts said a typical claim of prosecutorial misconduct could lead to a Justice Department investigation or be referred to the District of Columbia bar.  

Corsi has previously released a draft plea agreement from Mueller's office charging him with one count of lying to federal investigators. Corsi has said he rejected the deal, which would have forced him to give up his writing and speaking opportunities until sentencing.  

In an interview Monday, Corsi said he hopes the complaint will trigger an investigation of Mueller.  

"I filed this complaint so we can get a fair special counsel and so he and his team can be put under investigation, " Corsi said. "I'm doing this because I don't want anybody else to suffer at the hands of Mueller and his henchman as they have caused me to suffer. "

Sponsor wants to remove Obama from the Oval Office.

Money was big, but there was a problem. CIA was watching me on the daily basis and I could never leave USA alive for this conspiracy trip.

At 8 A. M. I saw a flyer next to the door of my apartment – this one.  

 

ATTENTION : There were no other flyers in Lefrak City – why? It was a personal message from three directors – she is the one we want you to kill.  

Now, do you know what’s Lefrak City?  

It’s 10 old brick 18-floor projects for poor African-Americans, Latinos, and Russians. The most dangerous area in Queens and the New York State, stuffed with street gangs, crack cocaine, prostitutes and illegal guns. In two minutes I was at the place – just to make sure a Senator and a former First Lady Hillary Clinton is protected by the "best of the best" – the U. S. Secret Service.  

I was sure they watched the area for the last 24 hours. I was sure the access to the area is restricted. I was sure that one week before the event local police and FBI instructed the secret sources to stay at alert and report any suspicious activity and people who had or tried to purchase illegal guns, and who want to kill Hillary Clinton. I was sure bad guys and aggressive psychos were isolated temporarily or monitored at least. I was sure technicians checked the air, soil and water (in the open pool) for radioactivity and toxic substances, looked for explosives and brought a trained dog. I was sure there was no access to a single roof and they put metal detector at the entrance to the area. I was sure they double checked the guest list. Kill me, but I was dead sure the Secret Service team would never let any bad guy approach Hillary. I was wrong.  

8. 30 A. M. Nothing, nobody.  

The place was a heaven for terrorists: – a circle of six 18-floor-1500-window buildings (such meetings in the open areas close to residential buildings are not allowed for people guarded by Secret Service ) – a playground; – an open stage under a small roof (no walls) – a BBQ place – a pool.  

And 6 hours to get ready for assassination: – observe the place and plan the operation – put a mine under a stage – try a silenced sniper rifle from the roof and make necessary corrections if there are any deviations – place the whole army of terrorists all over the place.  

ATTENTION : I've checked one roof – the door was open, thank you.  

 

11 A. M. Two girls, three assistants, free "Pepsi", 2 cops, no restriction, not even a "Don’t cross" tape. 1 P. M. About 500 people came to the playground – retired old men and women, homeless alcoholics, drug addicts, screaming psychos, kids, teens and reporters. 2. 30 P. M. People screamed like crazy when Hillary finally appeared and tried to make her way through the crowd. Any psycho could kill her with a kitchen knife – cops and two Secret Service agents were as passive as they could. She got to the stage encircled by a wild, absolutely uncontrolled crowd. One agent was standing behind her, another one – on the stairs. No security.  

She made a 15 minutes speech and then I’ve witnessed a total uncontrollable chaos – still on the stage, she tried to shake hands and people went wild; somebody gave her flowers (absolutely unacceptable thing), somebody asked her to hold a baby to make pictures; people screamed and pushed each other. Agents paid no attention, chewing gums, proud of their James Bond style sunglasses. Poor Sabini asked people to move away – nobody cared. Only when young girls jumped up on the stage, police officer restricted the place with a yellow tape – the Secret Service guys were surprised (! ) At 3. 30 P. M. she left the playground and had to move through the crowd again.  

 

 

Part 1. Trump attempted to assassinate Hillary Clinton using me as a sniper.  

 

 

1. Instruction on KGB regular assassination technology I wrote for CIA back in 1996.  

 

Shooting, using explosives or poison. You must use a sniper or a “mouse” car (loaded with explosives and parked on the object’s route) if access to the object is impossible because of high security. Anyway, the murder is obvious and investigation is inevitable.  

 

General scheme (if you use a sniper).  

The best thing to do is to recruit somebody with access to the object’s security system and get information on his schedule (plus health and habits), places where he likes to relax. Try to gain access to his phone.  

Then prepare the plan and train three groups: surveillance (with optics and radios), action (includes snipers, explosives technicians or staged accidents specialists), and security (these people neutralize bodyguards, witnesses and other people who could interrupt the action; they complete the action if the action group fails; and they can neutralize the action group later, if planned so; they “cover” the safe retreat of action group and “cut” the chase).  

For some operations you can modify the ammunition to make it more deadly – hollow cuts in the tip of the bullets will cause the lead to fragment upon impact, making a huge exit hole. You reach same effect using bullets with a drop of mercury in a hollow tip and you can also coat bullets with arsenic or cyanide. Use depleted, non-radioactive uranium bullets (uranium is much heavier than lead – it can be used to make a bullet with a smaller slug and a larger portion of explosive). Teflon bullets are good because with Teflon’s antifriction characteristics they pierce bullet proof vests.  

 

2. Action.  

Trump ordered the U. S. Secret Service to shoot Hillary Clinton, his future competitor.

I had a meeting with Secret Service, this time – special agent Jason Pietramica and his partner, tel. 718-840-1000, New York office. He was nice and promised to help me and give me a job. What was the job? Murder, of course.  

Professional questions followed : What are my political views? Do I visit the places were Bill and Hillary Clinton appear in public? Do I plan to see them, get in touch with them? My answer was a big "No".  

 

Part 2. Trump ordered to poison presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.  

 

 

 

1. Instruction on KGB staged murders technology which I wrote for CIA back in 1996. Putin used it to instruct Trump.  

 

Staged accidents : suicides, catastrophes, drowning or fall, robbery or rape followed by murder, technical accident (fire, electricity, gas), drugs, weapons, poison, explosives misuse. Also, staged natural death (stroke, heart attack, chronic illness as a result of special technical devices like irradiation).  

Attention: Conceal injection sites by choosing areas that could not be easily detected, such as fingernails or toenails.  

 

For staged accidents you can use acetone (absorption of large quantities via either the respiratory or gastrointestinal tract results in decreased respiration, stupor and death); carbon monoxide — acetylene gas, illuminating gas (coal gas), automobile gas, furnace gas; or a simple novocaine + coffee combination.  

In some cases nonbacterial food poisoning is suitable. It can occur following the ingestion of :  

1) certain species of mushrooms such as Amanita Muscaria, which contains the toxic alkaloid muscarine, and Amanita Phalloides, which contains phalloidin or other toxins  

2) immature or sprouting potatoes, the active poison of which is colanin,  

3) mussels — death may occur as a result of respiratory failure  

4) grain, especially rye, which has become contaminated with the ergot fungus, Claviceps Purpurea. Ergot contains a number of active principles including ergotoxin, tyramine and ergamin (histamine)  

5) fruits sprayed with salts of lead or arsenic and food stored in cadmium-lined containers.  

Staged botulism is effective, too. It’s an acute intoxication manifested by neuromuscular disturbances, following ingestion of food containing a toxin, elaborated by Clostridium botulinum, a common soil bacillus. The disease is always caused by the ingestion of improperly preserved food, usually a home-canned product, in which the toxin has been produced during the growth of the causative organism. The spores of Clostridium botulinum are highly resistant to heat; in water they require exposure for 5 hours at 212°F to ensure their death.  

The preserved food wherein the toxin is most commonly found are string beans, corn, spinach, olives, beets, asparagus, sea food, pork products and beef. The mortality of botulism may be as high as 65 per cent. Most of the fatal cases die between the 2nd and 9th days following the ingestion of the toxin. Death usually results from respiratory paralysis or from secondary bronchopneumonia. In those who survive, the disease usually reaches its height in the first days of illness. Recovery is characteristically very slow and residual weakness of the ocular muscles may persist for many months.  

 

Some cases demand usage of poisons, both organic — like concentrated nicotine that enters the body through skin or concentrated inhalation of horseradish, garlic or rotten meat, which causes breathing paralysis; poisons extracted from rattlesnake, cobra, stonefish, and inorganic — arsenic, thallium, cyanides. Teflon can generate a deadly methane gas; or carbon tetrachloride can be boiled or burnt so that it gives off lethal phosgene gas. Any poison could be mixed with an agent that enters the body through the skin and takes anything with it.

Under DNC rules, Brazile had the power to call a “special meeting” to vote in a replacement nominee if a candidate cannot physically continue to campaign. The 447 members of the national committee would have carte blanche to choose a new ticket. Brazile threatened the Clinton campaign with that power on several occasions — and came close to invoking it on Sept. 12. She received calls that morning from Biden’s chief of staff and from Sanders’ campaign manager — both with messages that their bosses wanted to discuss the matter. So, two jackals were ready to jump at Hillary. Her final choice would have been Biden and Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey, she writes. Brazile believed Biden and Booker would appeal to the working-class voters that she feared Clinton had lost touch with.  

Then Brazile got a visit from a high-level Clinton campaign official, Charlie Baker, who was there “to make sure that Donna didn’t do anything crazy. ”  

Brazile made a deal with Trump, but I'm sure Baker scared her to death. She gave up finally..

Why Trump, King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammad bin Salman, CIA and GID (General Intelligence Directorate of Saudi Arabia) killed Jamal Khashoggi.

Jamal Ahmad Khashoggi, born 10. 13. 1958, Medina, Saudi Arabia – killed 10. 02. 2018, was a Saudi Arabian journalist and editor-in-chief of Al-Arab News Channel. He fled Saudi Arabia in September 2017 and relocated to USA. He wrote for Washington Post articles sharply critical of Saudi Arabia's crown prince, Mohammad bin Salman, and the country's king, Salman of Saudi Arabia. Khashoggi disappeared on 2 October 2018 and was last seen entering the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul, Turkey. On 15 October, Saudi Arabia was about to admit to the killing, but would claim that it was an "interrogation gone bad, " as opposed to a targeted death squad killing.  

On 16 October, Middle East Eye reported the events during the murder quoting a Turkish source who claimed he had listen to an audio recording of the murder. It reported that the head of forensic evidence in the Saudi general security department, Salah Muhammad al-Tubaigy was one of the 15-member Saudi death squad who had arrived in Ankara earlier on 2 October, using two private jets. Khashoggi was present in the Consul General’s office, was dragged to his adjacent study room, and put on a table. A witness downstairs heard loud screams. Tubaiqi began to cut Khashoggi's body up on a table while he was still alive; there was no attempt to interrogate him. Khasoggi was injected with an unknown substance after which the screaming stopped. The murder took about seven minutes. While dismembering the body with a bone saw, Tubaigy had put earphones and listened to music. He advised other members of the squad to do the same.

Trump bought the property that his Atlantic City casino Trump Plaza would one day occupy -- for twice market price -- from Salvatore Testa, a Philly mobster and son of one-time Philly mob boss Philip "Chicken Man" Testa. Testa and a partner, who together headed a Philly mafia hit-squad called the Young Executioners, bought the property for "a scant $195, 000" in 1977. In 1982, Trump paid $1. 1 million for it. The casino was built with the help of two construction companies controlled by Philly mobsters Nicademo "Little Nicky" Scarfo and his nephew Phillip "Crazy Phil" Leonetti ( data оf a New Jersey state commission's 1986 report on organized crime).  

2. In Manhattan, Trump used the mob-controlled concrete company S&A to build Trump Plaza condos. Anthony "Fat Tony" Salerno, head of the Genovese crime family, and Paul Castellano, the don of New York's Gambino family, controlled S&A ( according to federal court records).  

 

He built the Trump Tower out of concrete, instead of steel, at a time when the mafia controlled much the concrete industry. Trump and Salerno were both represented by high-power attorney Roy Cohn. On at least one occasion Trump and Salerno had a sit-down in Cohn’s apartment. Trump has denied this claim in the past.  

3. Trump was a target of a 1979 bribery investigation and was questioned in a 1981 racketeering probe, but neither federal investigation led to criminal charges.  

4. Trump sent lawyer Harvey I. Freeman, to negotiate with Ken Shapiro, the “investment banker” for Nicky Scarfo, the especially vicious killer who was Atlantic City’s mob boss ( according to federal prosecutors and the New Jersey State Commission on Investigation).  

5. Scarfo, whose reign as head of the Philly mob was one of the bloodiest in history, controlled the bartenders union, which represented Trump’s workers in Atlantic City.  

6. Gambling addict and racehorse trader Robert LiButti would frequently refer to gangster John Gotti as “my boss. ” His gambling losses scored over $11 million to Trump’s casino between 1986 and 1989. Trump said that he knew that LiButti was a high roller in the town but never actually knew him and “had nothing to do with him. ” But that’s not what Trump Plaza head Jack O’Donnell, said, “It isn’t like [Trump] saw LiButti once or twice—he spent time with him, saw him multiple times. ” O’Donnell said that Trump also attended LiButti’s daughter’s birthday party. It’s illegal for casinos to give high rollers money to gamble with, but the above mentioned commission also found that Trump Plaza gave LiButti $1. 65 million in gifts and cars. Trump also bought a $90, 000 horse from LiButti for $250, 000.  

They said that Libutti ‘was in Donald Trump’s pockets’ – meaning Libutti knew of serious rule violations at the Trump casino that would interest the regulators. Had these claims been investigated and proven, they would surely have cost Trump his casino licence, but Trump’s relationship with Libutti was just another part of his long history of flouting the supposedly strict regulations of New Jersey casinos.  

7. One of Trump’s attorneys at the time was Roy Cohn who also had mob clients including Anthony “Fat Tony” Salerno, who owned a cement company. Former Trump Organization executive Barbara Res said that Trump would pull out a photo of Cohn and threaten to sue people and tell them who his lawyer was. Trump denies it, however. Cohn and Trump also had a tight relationship with Teamsters official John A. Cody, who had ties to mob bosses Carlo Gambino and Paul Castellano, a Justice Department memo from 1982 outlined.  

8. Russian-born Felix Sater was once a stockbroker but lost his license. Still, he was involved in a Mafia-linked scheme to artificially jack up stock value of marginal stocks and then dump them on investors who don’t know any better and funnel the profit in offshore accounts. Sater worked with Trump on the Trump SoHo condo project as well as the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Fort Lauderdale, FL. General counsel to the Trump Organization, Alan Garten said that they vet companies but not individual employees of companies they do partnerships with. Because Sater’s racketeering case was sealed, he said that it was unfair to look back and say “you should have known. ” However, in 2010, after Trump and his lawyers knew about Sater’s conviction, they offered him free office space in Trump Tower and he served as “Senior Advisor to Donald Trump, ” according to his business card. Garten says that Sater was unpaid and Trump claims the “deals” Sater brought him weren’t any good.  

9. Trump decided to lend his name to a line of luxury stretch limousines. The entrepreneur who came up with this Trumpian idea was a wealthy and successful auto dealer from Long Island John Staluppi. According to the FBI, Staluppi was also a made member of the Colombo crime family. Trump proudly unveiled the lavish autos—complete with Italian leather upholstery, liquor dispensers, TVs. Staluppi had been under steady investigation by federal and state law enforcement for more than a decade and detectives had followed him to meetings with Colombo family boss Carmine "The Snake" Persico. Trump insisted he knew nothing about those problems and ordered 20 of the limos for his casinos.  

 

 

Episode 12. Divider-in-Chief  

 

Putin recruited a right President to give a start to divisive national politics which leads to a new American civil way – racist Donald Trump.

1. In 1973, Department of Justice sued the Trump family business for refusing to rent or negotiate rentals “because of race and color”. It also charged that the company had required prohibitively stringent rental terms and conditions to black applicants and had lied about unit availability to keep black residents out. A then 26-year-old Donald Trump was the president of the company at the time. Three Trump doormen also told the DoJ they had been instructed to deflect African Americans who came to Trump buildings to apply for apartments. The suit was later settled “without an admission of guilt”, as Trump is keen on reminding.  

2. Trump branched out from residential real estate into the casino business in the 1980s. Employees revealed a pattern of racism. A former president of the Trump Plaza Casino John O’Donnell said Trump once told him: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day. ” Another former Trump employee said that black staff were hidden from Trump when he visited the casino with his wife. “When Donald and Ivana came to the casino, the bosses would order all the black people off the floor, ” said Kip Brown.  

3. In 1989 Trump paid a reported $85, 000 to take out advertising space in four of the city’s newspapers with the headline: “Bring Back The Death Penalty. Bring Back Our Police! ” The inspiration was the arrest of five black teens in the rape and assault of a jogger in Central Park. The teens were exonerated when the attacker confessed in 2002.  

4. 2016 presidential campaign. Trump’s offhand casual racism became a subject of intense national scrutiny. He called for a ban on Muslims entering the United States; for the expulsion of all undocumented migrants; and branded Mexicans immigrants as “rapists”. Each subsequent racist remark infuriated large groups of Americans while deeply gratifying the Trump base. Trump also made a habit of sharing racist and often blatantly false content on Twitter: in November 2015, an image of false crime statistics created by a white supremacist page.  

5. Trump has routinely seized on terror incidents involving Muslims in defense of his proposed and then partially enacted travel ban, while remaining silent about similar acts committed by white supremacists. He declared there were some “very fine people on both side”, of a clash between white supremacists and counter-demonstrators in Charlottesville.  

6. On January 12, 2016, racist Trump grew frustrated with lawmakers in the Oval Office when they discussed protecting immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries as part of a bipartisan immigration deal.  

“Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here? ” Trump said. He then suggested that the United States should instead bring more people from countries such as Norway.

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said he had no idea how to stop homegrown terror attacks despite the fact that they are "the most common" form of terrorism in the U. S.  

"There are so many aspects to this terrorist thing, " Kelly said on CBS's "Face the Nation" after being asked about last week's attack in Paris, during which a police officer was fatally shot.  

 

"Obviously, you got the homegrown terrorists. I don't know how to stop that. I don't know how to detect that, " he said.  

 

John Kelly, the White House Chief of Staff since July 3, 2017, is a complete idiot.  

Why?  

Because I've sent to the idiot and his agencies a special instruction, which he ignored, of course.

"Lone wolf" – top danger  

A "lone wolf" or "lone-wolf” terrorist, is someone who prepares and commits violent acts alone, outside of any command structure and without material assistance from any group. He or she may be influenced or motivated by the ideology and beliefs of an external group and may act in support of such a group. In its original sense, a "lone wolf" is an animal or person that generally lives or spends time alone instead of with a group. The attacks are a relatively rare type of terrorist attack but have been increasing in number, and that it is sometimes difficult to tell whether an actor has received outside help and what appears to be a lone wolf attack may actually have been carefully orchestrated from outside  

Homegrown terrorists are not easy targets, especially if you deal with a "lonely wolf" (individual) or a separate small group of 2-3 people. They are not connected to any terrorist groups, organizations, radical parties, mafia.  

That's why you have to:  

 

1. Recruit assets among illegal weapons dealers, they have to inform you about anybody, trying to buy a gun and a lot of ammunition, automatic weapons, explosives.  

2. The assets have to inform you about any person with radical views and ready for radical action (to blackmail the government and make it change it's policy).  

3. NSA has to fix all phone calls where you hear key words like "kill", "gun", "explosive", "explosion", "FBI", "surveillance", "kidnapping", "sniper", "torture", etc.  

4. Create fake radical sites to detect those who look for contacts and instructions.  

5. Create fake radical groups inside USA and around the world for the same purpose.  

6. Watch a "lone wolf" who's obviously trying to gather intelligence on security system and surveillance in most populated areas of the city, inside and around government and big business buildings.  

ATTENTION. A "lone wolf" may try to check how police and security work in certain areas by calling 911 with fake news about explosion or even staging small fire or explosion.  

7. Remember, a "lone wolf" usually changes his behavior before the crime : he leaves the job, he may disappear for a few days to assemble the bomb in a place nobody can disturb him, he avoids talking to people, he's trying to avoid police, he's paying his debts to friends and family.  

8. Detect people who search Internet, looking for instructions on "home made" explosives.  

9. Watch terrorists in jail – they might keep contacts with with those outside. Watch terrorists who are out of jail.  

10. Keep under control all shooting ranges in the country and people who try to get training as snipers.  

11. ATTENTION: keep under control scientists who work with explosives. And companies which produce weapons,  

explosives, and sell them.  

12. Watch army veterans with radical views, pay special attention to those who served in special forces and involved in war zones special operations.  

 

Episode 14. Trump and Bannon : chaos bringers  

 

Steve Bannon, KGB asset, the White House Chief Strategist in the administration of U. S. President Donald Trump during the first seven months of Trump's term – January 20, 2017 – August 18, 2017. Bannon's employment in the White House ended on August 18, 2017, less than a week after the Charlottesville Unite the Right rally which degenerated into violence and acrimony. Whereas members of both political parties condemned the hatred and violence of white nationalists, neo-Nazis and alt-right activists, The New York Times noted that Trump "was the only national political figure to spread blame for the 'hatred, bigotry and violence' that resulted in the death of one person to 'many sides'". The decision to blame "many sides" was reported to have come from Bannon. The NAACP released a statement saying that while they "acknowledge and appreciate President Trump's disavowment of the hatred which has resulted in a loss of life today", they called on Trump "to take the tangible step to remove Steve Bannon – a well-known white supremacist leader – from his team of advisers". The statement further described Bannon as a "symbol of white nationalism" who "energized that sentiment" through his current position within the White House.  

The White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly asked Bannon on August 18, 2017, to submit his immediate resignation in lieu of being fired. Bannon, the idiot, stated he was not fired but rather submitted his two-week resignation notice on August 4, 2017. In an official statement, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said, "... John Kelly and Steve Bannon have mutually agreed today would be Steve's last day. We are grateful for his service and wish him the best.

For 13 months in the Oval Office, Donald J. Trump has thrived on chaos, using it as an organizing principle and even a management tool. Now the costs of that chaos are becoming starkly clear in the demoralized staff and policy disarray of a wayward White House.  

 

The dysfunction was on vivid display on March 1, 2018 in the president’s introduction of tariffs on steel and aluminum imports. The previous day, Mr. Trump’s chief economic adviser, Gary D. Cohn, warned the chief of staff, John F. Kelly, that he might resign if the president went ahead with the plan, according to people briefed on the discussion. Mr. Cohn, a former Goldman Sachs president, had lobbied fiercely against the measures. His threat to leave came during a tumultuous week in which Mr. Trump suffered the departure of his closest aide, Hope Hicks, and the effective demotion of his senior adviser and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who was stripped of his top-secret security clearance. Mr. Trump was forced to deny, through an aide, that he was about to fire his national security adviser, Lt. Gen. H. R. McMaster.  

Kelly summed up the prevailing mood in the West Wing. “God punished me, ” he joked of his move from the Department of Homeland Security to the White House during a discussion to mark the department’s 15th anniversary.

There's nothing strange. I'm sure, Trump tried some independence from Putin,, his handler, and Putin's reaction was very negative and aggressive. "Passive sabotage' again.  

Right now, after G20 meeting, Trump is going to behave. I can image the 2 hours 16 min lesson he got from Putin!

I got a phone call from Scott, Secret Service special agent, New York Office, tel. 646-592-2686, who asked me to meet him in Rego Park Center café, Queens, New York.  

His first option was the Secret Service field office in Queens, but I've rejected it.  

Scott didn't want to talk much on the phone, but I've insisted on the details. He said it’s going to be a very important conversation about Trump. Clear. They wanted me to kill Trump?  

Scott promised he'll come alone but then he made a mistake saying that he'll bring "somebody". It was enough for me to say "I don't trust you". Because “somebody’ could be a team, and a team is a danger.

On November 21, 2017, I was detained at Queens Center Mall by 10 (ten) U. S. Secret Service agents. I wasn't arrested, no charges pressed. They said: "We are here because you want to kill President Trump. We handcuff you, it's protocol, we go to the office to talk".  

They emptied my pockets, took my medication and brought me to Elmhurst Hospital, Queens for evaluation as my blood pressure was high. There I was denied access to bathroom, handcuffed to the bed and denied my pills and the pills Dr. Wells from ER ordered for me.  

I was interrogated on my November 17 tweet "I can kill Trump" where I wrote about GOP wrong practice of sending invitations for December 2 Trump's fundraiser to everybody who's able to pay $1, 000. Agents asked if I know Putin in person, how I shoot, do I want to kill Trump. I gave negative answers. They said they brief U. S. Attorney on the case and wait for his approval.  

They got nothing and after that I was locked up in psych. unit from November 22 through December 6. After I was discharged, the agents met me again, no explanations, no apology.

Episode 16. Putin + Trump + Kushner = MONEY  

 

In November 2008, Steven Molo, an attorney for Deutsche Bank, wrote a letter to the Supreme Court of New York about one of the company’s most troublesome clients. At issue was $640 million that client had borrowed in 2005 to fund construction of a new hotel in Chicago. The client had personally guaranteed the loan, but a few years later, the Great Recession devastated the economy, and he defaulted on his payment, with $330 million outstanding. Deutsche was seeking an immediate $40 million from the client, plus interest, legal fees and costs. The debtor in question: Donald Trump, the future president of the United States. Instead of paying up, the New York real estate mogul countersued, claiming the 2008 crash was a force majeure event—one that Deutsche had helped precipitate. Therefore, he argued, he wasn’t obliged to pay back the money. Instead, he claimed Deutsche owed him money—about $3 billion in damages.  

In response, Molo drew up a withering document, contrasting Trump’s frivolous writ with his long career of boasting about how rich he was: Those assets included hotel projects in seven U. S. cities, as well as in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Canada, Panama and Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the lawyer noted. There were also casinos and golf courses scattered all over the world.  

The same day Trump argued that the Great Recession meant he didn’t need to pay back his debts, he gave an interview to The Scotsman newspaper. After a two-year fight, he had gotten approval from the Scottish government for a new resort near Balmedie in Aberdeenshire—and he was thrilled. “The world has changed financially, and the banks are all in such trouble, ” he told the paper, “but the good news is that we are doing very well as a company, and we are in a very, very strong cash position. ” Trump said he didn’t have any exposure to the stock market, had bought the Scottish land for cash and was now well placed to build “the world’s greatest golf course. ” Two weeks later, George Sorial, a Trump Organization executive, assured The Scotsman that the tycoon had a billion dollars earmarked for the course.  

If those statements weren’t damning enough, Molo’s affidavit cited the real estate tycoon’s literary works, which summarized his insouciant attitude toward paying back other people’s money. Trump, the attorney observed, provided extensive advice on how to do business in his half-dozen or so books. In How to Get Rich, Trump advises readers to use the courts to “be strategically dramatic. ” In Think Big and Kick Ass in Business and in Life, he boasts of how he “love[s] to crush the other side and take the benefits. ” Trump’s strategy—honed during his terrible financial struggles with lenders during the 1990s—“was to turn it back on the banks…. I figured it was the bank’s problem, not mine, ” Molo quoted him as saying, in connection with unpaid debt.  

As a result of these maneuvers, by the mid-2000s, U. S. financial institutions had stopped lending to Trump for his building projects. Deutsche was the only one still willing to work with him. After Trump burned the bank, Deutsche shunned him as well. But Trump soon found a creative way to get off its blacklist—and return to solvency.  

Two years after Molo wrote his letter to the court, Trump settled his feud with the German bank. How he did it was bizarre: He paid back Deutsche with a massive lifeline—from Deutsche. Only this time he eschewed its real estate team—which wanted nothing to do with him—and got a loan from its private wealth division. This group typically deals with high-net-worth individuals, not real estate transactions, but in 2010 it not only lent him the money he owed its real estate team but also reportedly gave Trump another $25 million to $50 million in credit. Deutsche employees in New York were surprised by the bank’s decision. When asked whether it was normal to give more money to a customer who was a bad credit risk and liked to sue, one former senior staff member at the bank put it succinctly: “Are you fucking kidding me? ”  

Over the next few years, the money kept rolling in for Trump. He took out two mortgages against a resort in Miami and a $170 million loan to finish his hotel in Washington, D. C. According to Bloomberg, by the time Trump was elected president of the United States in November 2016, he owed Deutsche around $300 million, an unprecedented debt for an incoming president. (His June financial disclosure showed he owes the bank $130 million, which is due in full in 2024. )  

The loans to Trump weren’t the only abnormal behavior at Deutsche. Around the same time he received his new line of credit, the bank was laundering money, according to the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS). Russian money. Billions of dollars that flowed from Moscow to London, then from London to New York—part of a scheme for which European and American regulators eventually punished the bank.  

Now, Robert Mueller is following the money, trying to determine if Trump has a financial connection to Russia—one that might at least partly explain his behavior. In December, the German newspaper Handelsblatt reported that the special counsel’s office has subpoenaed Deutsche Bank, demanding data and documents related to people or entities tied to the president and those close to him. The White House says the subpoena doesn’t directly pertain to Trump or his family’s accounts. But if the president has a dark Russian secret, the German banking giant’s money-laundering scandal may be key to finding out what it is.  

The story of how Deutsche became embroiled in the Trump-Russia probe dates back to 2005, when the German lender bought UFG, a boutique investment bank, to acquire an entry point into Moscow. UFG’s co-founder and chairman was Charles Ryan, a charming American banker with libertarian views. Ryan’s partner was Boris Fyodorov, a finance minister under former Russian President Boris Yeltsin. The bank straddled West and East, and was international and local.  

The man behind Deutsche Bank’s aggressive expansion was Anshu Jain, its future co-CEO. He persuaded Ryan to stay on and head up Deutsche’s new Moscow office, and he came up with a controversial strategy to tap into potentially huge Russian profits: forge relationships with state partners. He wanted, in effect, to become friends with the Kremlin. One way of doing this was to hire people with connections. Among them: Russia’s most powerful banker, Andrey Kostin, who had served as a Soviet diplomat in Sydney and London. (Intelligence sources think he was a KGB spy. Like many others who spoke to me for this story, they did so anonymously because they weren’t authorized to talk to the press. ) In the 1990s, he became head of Vnesheconombank (VEB), a state development institution described by one former CIA analyst as the “Kremlin’s cookie jar. ” Then Vladimir Putin made Kostin head of Vneshtorgbank (VTB), another state-run bank, after which Kostin expanded it to operate in 19 countries.  

VTB worked in many countries with minimal oversight, which meant the Kremlin could use it for espionage. In 2005, VTB absorbed two banks traditionally used in Soviet times for spying and shifting currency to Western communist parties. These were the Moscow Narodny Bank, based in London, and Euro-bank, in Paris.  

Meanwhile, Jain and Deutsche Bank recruited Kostin’s 20-something son, Andrey. In spring of 2007, the young Kostin moved from a posting in London to Deutsche Bank in Moscow. Suddenly, Kostin’s son got massive flows of business, a high-level banking source told me. And it appeared his father may have helped: Deutsche did a series of lucrative trades with VTB. According to the source, the German bank’s Moscow subsidiary began posting profits of $500 million to $1 billion a year, with VTB generating somewhere between 50 and 80 percent of all revenue.  

Other investment banks based in Moscow were chagrined and suspected that Deutsche owed its success to its alliance with Russian state interests. “They were doing some very curious things, ” says Christopher Barter, the CEO of Goldman Sachs Moscow at the time. “Nobody could make sense of their business. We found the nature and concentration of their business with VTB quite galling. Nobody else could touch VTB. ” Everyone in Moscow understood that VTB was more than a bank. It had ties to Russian intelligence. Putin’s Federal Security Service (FSB) spy chief, Nikolai Patrushev, and his successor, Alexander Bortnikov, both sent their sons to work at VTB. The bank’s deputy chief executive, Vasily Titov, chaired the FSB’s public council.  

VTB may have also had contacts with Trump associates, according to The New York Times. In November 2015, a few months after Trump announced he was running for president, one of his business partners, Felix Sater, wrote an email to Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, saying VTB had agreed to bankroll a Trump Tower Moscow project. Trump signed a letter of intent for the deal. When the project stalled, Cohen tried reaching out to Putin’s spokesperson, Dmitri Peskov, to help jump-start it. But it ultimately failed.  

Kostin, the VTB banker, says he doesn’t know Sater and never had any role in the real estate deal. “We never, ever heard about this case, ” he told the Times. “It’s absolutely wrong information; it’s absolutely fake news. ” During those negotiations, Sater—the son of a Russian mafia boss—saw things differently. “Our boy can become president of the USA and we can engineer it, ” he wrote to Cohen about the Trump Tower Moscow plans. “I will get all of Putin’s team to buy in on this, I will manage this process. ”  

Well before Sater went looking for a deal there, the Russian capital was awash with petrodollars and opportunity. At the start of the new millennium, Moscow was an alluring destination for Western expatriates. Especially for young single males. There were the devushki—long-legged Russian girls, some from Moscow, some newly arrived from the provinces—who were keen to meet foreigners and practice their English. There were the nightclubs, the parties, fueled by toasts and endless vodka shots. And the friendships, always more intense than those at home.  

But there was a dark side to this new Russia—as one of those attracted by its offer of riches discovered. Tim Wiswell grew up in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, about 100 miles northeast of New York City. He was more of a repatriate than an expat: His father had worked in oil and gas in Russia. When he was 17, Wiswell spent a year at the Anglo-American School in Moscow and then returned to the United States for college. In his mid-20s, Wiswell went back to Moscow and got a job with Alfa, the private bank owned by the oligarch Mikhail Fridman. From there, he moved to Deutsche Bank. By age 29, he was head of Russian equities. He found a Russian girlfriend—Natalia Makosiy, an art historian whom he met at a Moscow dinner party and later married.  

In the wake of the 2007-2008 crash, profits from the bank’s Russian business plummeted. Traders were now under pressure to increase revenue. But after Wiswell took over around 2009, business was suddenly improving. And Barter suspects that “something nefarious” was going on at Deutsche during that time period. After the crash, Barter says, he was approached by “broker types, not very senior, ” seeking to do large, unexplained volumes of trades with Goldman Sachs. These were on behalf of major Russian clients. The brokers declined to identify their counterparties. Their names were concealed beneath “shell company after shell company, ” Barter says, making a due diligence impossible. He turned this business down “in five seconds. ”  

The same entities approached Wiswell and company, and got better results. Between 2011 and February 2015, Wiswell presided over a money-laundering scheme run from the equities desk of Deutsche Bank’s Moscow office, according to a report from the DFS, and more than $10 billion was shifted from Russia to the West. The method was simple but effective. In Moscow, a Russian client bought blue-chip Russian stocks from Deutsche Bank Moscow in companies like Gazprom or Sberbank. The payments were in rubles. The size of a typical order was $2 million to $3 million. Shortly afterward, a non-Russian “customer” sold exactly the same number of securities to Deutsche Bank in London, paying in dollars.  

There was no economic logic to these “mirror trades, ” the DFS report found. The buyers and sellers were ostensibly different, but in reality, one in the same. At least 12 entities used the scheme to surreptitiously convert rubles into dollars. The money was interred in offshore accounts. Those involved moved billions out of one Deutsche location in Moscow to another location in New York through offshore territories such as Cyprus and the British Virgin Islands. There were nearly 6, 000 of such transactions, and nobody in New York, London, Frankfurt or any other international financial centers seemed to notice. When outsiders raised concerns—like a European bank, for example—Wiswell swatted them aside. The DFS report said he told the European bank not to worry. Wiswell approved the trades with anonymous Russian clients. He “threatened” and browbeat his colleagues on several occasions, a New York regulator said, according to the report, “when it appeared they had not moved quickly enough to facilitate transactions. ”  

In Moscow, Wiswell’s 20-person equities desk was made up of Russians and Americans. One of its duties was to keep clients happy. That might mean extravagant skiing trips and visits to elite nightclubs. One of Wiswell’s business (and skiing) partners was Dmitry Perevalov, the owner of a Moscow fund called Lanturno. About seven years ago, for his 40th birthday, Perevalov flew a group of people on a private jet to Mauritius. The jet belonged to the Russian Orthodox Church’s most important bishop, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow, but Perevalov chartered it for the occasion. His guests stayed at the luxurious Four Seasons hotel in Anahita, on the east coast of the Indian Ocean island. Some invitees scarcely knew their host, a former bartender. Those who were his friends—including Wiswell—called him Dima.  

One guest who met Wiswell at the party described him as charismatic and charming, a tall, handsome, all-American guy. This person also said Wiswell came across as a “major lightweight” in terms of banking and finance. “He had nothing special going for him. I remember him speaking pretty poor Russian. We wondered whether he was doing kosher business. ” Perevalov flew in a popular performer to crown his birthday celebration—the Russian rapper Timati, who gave a concert. Under a starry sky, guests danced to Timati’s hit “Welcome to St. Tropez”. Drinks, private villas, waterskiing in the lagoon—everything was taken care of. “I was wondering: Who the fuck is paying for all this? ” the guest told me. “It was crazy. ”  

Lightweight or not, Wiswell was getting rich. While the mirror trades were happening, Wiswell’s wife became the owner of two offshore companies—one in the British Virgin Islands, one in Cyprus. In 2015, a counterparty paid $250, 000 into her account. This was for “financial consulting. ” Similar payments, totaling $3. 8 million, were made through two companies in Belize. These payments were “undisclosed compensation, ” the DFS found—“a bribe. ” Which bank cleared them? Deutsche Bank in New York. According to journalist Ed Caesar, there were further payments made to the Wiswells. The idea of the money was “to hook you, so you are not going to do unexpected things, ” one Moscow broker told Caesar in an article published in The New Yorker. These payments were always made in cash and always delivered in a bag.  

The end of this scheme came in August 2015, when Deutsche Bank suspended Wiswell and then fired him. After that, he disappeared. There were Facebook postings from Southeast Asia and Bali, where the Wiswells went with their two small children. (He is now allegedly back in Moscow. ) His lawyer, Ekaterina Dukhina, declined to comment on his case, but in his wrongful-dismissal suit against Deutsche, Wiswell said he was merely the fall guy for the bank’s wrongdoing. He also claimed that around 20 colleagues, including two senior managers in London, knew all about the trades. The scandal was a grievous blow to Deutsche Bank’s reputation. And an expensive one. About 10 days before Trump’s inauguration, the DFS—which has the power to suspend any bank with a branch in New York—fined the bank $475 million. London’s Financial Conduct Authority imposed a £163 million ($218 million) penalty. (The Justice Department and the U. S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York are still investigating the bank’s role in the scandal.  

The bank carried out an internal review, which didn’t identify the Russians behind the scheme. It’s still unclear who they were or where the billions went. Or where the money came from in the first place. What is clear, however, from the DFS report and conversations with sources in Moscow is that a Kremlin bank, VTB, run by proxies of the FSB, had seemingly captured Deutsche Bank’s Moscow outpost. The German bank’s London and New York divisions were economic beneficiaries of this arrangement, as they facilitated the illegal flight of capital by some well-connected Kremlin insiders.  

While this was going on, Deutsche Bank in New York was lending hundreds of millions of dollars to the future American president, a man known to be litigious and a credit risk. My Guardian colleague Nick Hopkins and I wanted to find out if Trump’s loans and the money-laundering scandal were connected. But Deutsche Bank stonewalled us; its policy was to say nothing about its clients, including the president. In late 2016, that question and others led Hopkins and me to a man now at the center of Mueller’s inquiry: Christopher Steele. This was before the world knew he was behind the famous dossier, raw intelligence alleging, among other things, that Russian intelligence had years of compromising information on Trump, some of it sexual in nature. Hopkins knew Steele, but neither of us were aware of what he was sitting on in that dossier.  

We met on a Thursday afternoon, weeks before Christmas, when London’s streets were crowded with shoppers. Steele had agreed to chat over 4 o’clock tea. We tried a café and wine bar called Balls Brothers—and found a tucked-away table. I went to the bar and came back with drinks: beer for Steele, Coke for Nick, pot of tea for me. Steele clearly likes being in the shadows, away from publicity or fuss. In the world of corporate intelligence, the fewer people who know what you are doing, the better. “Have you heard of me? ” he asked. I confessed I hadn’t. I knew most of the people in London who were focused on Russia, but not Steele. “Good, ” he said. “That’s how I like it. ”For the next 45 minutes or so, we asked Steele about Trump’s connections to Moscow. He offered helpful hints about following the money but little more.  

In addition to questions about Deutsche Bank, we inquired about another Russian money-laundering operation, one that involved Putin’s cousin Igor. Between 2010 and 2014, Moscow bankers were sending cash out of the country through something called the Global Laundromat—a scheme that cleaned at least $20 billion, according to investigators in Moldova and the Balkans, though the true figure may be much greater.  

This is how it worked: Shell companies in the United Kingdom “lent” money to one another, at least on paper. Russian businesses underwrote these “loans. ” Company A would default on paying back Company B. Typically, a Moldovan citizen was involved. The companies would obtain a court judgment in Moldova asking the Russian firms to settle the debt. And voilà! The Russian businesses would legally transfer hundreds of millions of dollars to a bank in Moldova’s capital, Chisinau. From Chisinau, the money went to a bank in Latvia, Trasta Komercbanka. From there, the cash went everywhere, to 92 countries, much of it vanishing offshore.  

The Latvian bank required a corresponding Western financial institution to process its dollar-denominated transactions. Most U. S. banks, including JPMorgan Chase, refused to offer banking services to Trasta, given the city of Riga’s reputation as a European money-laundering hub. Only two Western banks agreed, according to Moldovan and Latvian investigators. Both were German: Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank. Once again, Deutsche was the entry point for criminal Russian money into the global financial system, the investigators found. (The bank severed its relationship with Trasta shortly before Latvian officials shut down the bank in 2016 for money laundering. ) According to the DFS, Deutsche was reluctant to classify Russia as a “high-risk” location for money laundering.  

When Hopkins and I asked Deutsche Bank about the scandal, we were rebuffed. So we talked to current and former Deutsche Bank staff. According to one senior ex-employee, who worked in equities in Asia and New York, the bank’s problems went way beyond these scams. The 2008 crash hit Deutsche Bank hard, the employee said. In order to cover up holes in the balance sheet, a few members of staff took part in risky, complex and possibly illegitimate forms of finance. These practices were extensive, the person alleged. They might have involved innovative and opaque ways of getting outside parties to underwrite risky loans, the banker added, using structures to disguise who ultimately are the lenders and the beneficiaries.  

Such impenetrable structures have led some to wonder whether Deutsche’s unusual loans to Trump and its Russian money-laundering schemes were connected. Adding to the intrigue: the statements of Trump’s own children. In May, for instance, golf writer James Dodson said that during an interview more than three years ago, Trump’s son Eric boasted that his father’s company had access to Russian money. “We don’t rely on American banks, ” Dodson said Trump told him. “We have all the funding we need out of Russia. ” (Eric Trump later denied he made this claim. ) Years earlier, at a real estate conference in 2008, Donald Trump Jr. said, “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets. ” He later added, “We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia. ”  

In an interview with Prospect magazine, Richard Dearlove, the former head of British secret intelligence service MI6, summed up the suspicions surrounding the alleged connection between Trump, Russia and Deutsche Bank. “What lingers for Trump may be what deals—on what terms—he did after the financial crisis of 2008 to borrow Russian money when others in the West would not lend to him. ”  

According to our sources inside Deutsche Bank, Trump’s bid to become president made him a politically exposed person, or PEP. Banks scrutinize such individuals carefully because they’re often targets for illicit financial schemes. Deutsche reviewed its lending to Trump and his relatives. Its goal was to discover if there was a Russian connection to Trump’s loans. The DFS also requested information from the bank about its dealings with Russia. The sources were vague about the review, who carried it out and what its precise conclusions were. But they insist that no trail to Moscow was ever discovered. Other sources suggest the review was cursory, but Deutsche hasn’t released any information about it, so there’s no way to evaluate either claim. Meanwhile, Trump refuses to release his tax filings, breaking decades of precedent.  

Over the past year, U. S. lawmakers such as Maxine Waters, the top Democrat on the House Financial Services Committee, have urged the bank to privately hand over its internal review—along with information about Trump’s accounts—but Deutsche declined to do so, citing privacy rules. Now, nearly a year after BuzzFeed published Steele’s dossier, the bank is handing records over to Mueller, as the special counsel tries to figure out if there is a connection between the Russian laundromat and the president of the United States.  

The special counsel’s inquiry could also reach people in Trump’s orbit. Many were clients of Deutsche Bank—and also credit risks. Among them is Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, who is trying to salvage a massive—and reportedly imperiled—investment in 666 Fifth Avenue, a prominent piece of Manhattan real estate. His relationship with Deutsche emerged in 2013, when he apparently ordered a flattering profile of Trump’s wealth manager, Rosemary Vrablic, by his newspaper, The New York Observer.  

In a letter this spring to Bill Woodley, Deutsche Bank’s U. S. CEO, Senator Chris Van Hollen expressed concerns about the bank’s lending to Kushner, who had a $25 million line of credit with the German institution. In October 2016, it loaned him $285 million. The cash was used to replace an existing loan on the old New York Times building, which Kushner had bought the previous year from Lev Leviev, a businessman from the former Soviet Union.  

The bank made the loan at a time when Kremlin representatives were eager to speak to Trump’s son-in-law, according to a timeline laid out in Kushner’s testimony to Congress. In April, he first met Sergey Kislyak, the Russian ambassador, when Trump gave his foreign policy speech at D. C. ’s Mayflower Hotel—just a handshake and pleasantries, Kushner said. Next came a meeting at Trump Tower with Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Moscow lawyer who sat down with Kushner, Manafort and Trump Jr. They talked about dirt on Hillary Clinton and repealing the Magnitsky Act, an Obama-era law that leveled sanctions against Russians accused of human rights abuses. Then, on November 16, Kislyak got in touch again. By this point, it was clear that Kushner would become senior adviser to the president.  

There was another Kushner-Kislyak meeting, on December 1 at Trump Tower. Flynn, Trump’s adviser, was present too, as Kushner made an unusual proposal: He asked Kislyak if it would be possible to set up a secret and secure communications channel between the Trump transition team and the Kremlin. The purpose, it seems, was to keep their conversations hidden from the outgoing Obama administration and U. S. intelligence. Could this be done, Kushner wondered, by using Russian diplomatic facilities in the United States? The inquiry was staggeringly naïve. If Kushner or Flynn were to drop by the Russian Embassy, U. S. intelligence would certainly notice.  

The FBI hadn’t bugged that conversation but learned of it when Kislyak reported to his superiors back in Moscow. According to FBI intercepts of those Russian communications, Kislyak was taken aback by Kushner’s request. It was unlikely Moscow would allow any American to use its encrypted networks. The Trump transition team said nothing about these secret negotiations. One person who knew the details was so alarmed he sent The Washington Post an anonymous note about it, explaining what had happened.  

Russia, it seemed, didn’t need to expend much effort to get close to Trump’s aides. Kislyak came up with a suggestion of his own, according to Kushner’s testimony. Perhaps Kushner would like to meet with another person from Moscow, someone with “a direct relationship” to Putin?  

During a meeting between Kislyak and Kushner’s assistant, Avi Berkowitz, on December 12, they agreed on the details of this meeting. Putin’s emissary turned out to be a banker, or, more accurately, a banker-spy. His name was Sergey Gorkov, and he was the head of VEB, the state development bank, which Kostin had run, and whose board Putin had chaired during his four years as prime minister. He had trained in the 1990s at the FSB’s academy before joining energy company Yukos and state-run Sberbank. Like VTB, Sberbank was allegedly an arm of the Kremlin. It was the official sponsor of the 2013 Miss Universe contest in Moscow, attended by Trump and hosted by Emin Agalarov, the pop-star son of Aras Agalarov, who worked with Trump to bring the pageant to Russia. Eight days after the contest, Sberbank announced it was lending Agalarov $1. 3 billion to finance new projects. One of those under consideration was Trump Tower Moscow. In February 2016, Putin promoted Gorkov to VEB chief.  

Deutsche Bank loaned Jared Kushner $285 million to replace an existing loan on the old New York Times building, which Kushner had bought from Lev Leviev, a businessman from the former Soviet Union. It provided capital to build facilities at the Sochi Olympics and fund secessionist rebels in eastern Ukraine. These top-down ventures lost money. VEB had large debts. The United States had included VEB, VTB and Sberbank in the sanctions it passed in 2014 after Putin annexed Crimea. And Gorkov’s job was to restore the bank’s fortunes.  

Gorkov was well prepared for his meeting with Kushner. He was, after all, a graduate of the Dzerzhinsky Higher School, a KGB training center. He flew in from Moscow bearing gifts. Among them: soil from the town of Novogrudok in northwest Belarus, where Kushner’s paternal grandmother grew up. In 1941, the German army arrived, and the town’s Jewish inhabitants were rounded up and forced to live and work in an agricultural college. Around half were executed. The survivors dug a tunnel, and in September 1943 they crawled out, fleeing into the forest.  

This information and much more would have been included in the FSB’s Kushner file. Gorkov’s presents were chosen to remind the young Trump adviser of his origins in a part of the world that once belonged to the Soviet Union, and of his spiritual roots. (This subtlety was wasted. In his written testimony to Congress, Kushner said Putin’s messenger had given him a “bag of dirt. ” It came from “Nvgorod, ” he wrote, spelling his grandmother’s birthplace incorrectly. ) This meeting occurred on December 13, and according to Kushner, Gorkov introduced himself and “made some statements about the Russian economy. ” The banker said he was friendly with Putin, expressed disappointment about the state of U. S. -Russian relations under President Barack Obama and “his hopes for a better relationship” in the future, Kushner told congressional committees.  

There was no discussion of lifting sanctions, Kushner said. Nor was he offered any commercial deals. Kushner characterized the encounter as brief, meaningless. But there’s no official record of what was said in the meeting, so this is hard to verify. After all, it was difficult to discuss the Russian economy without mentioning its depressed state. Gorkov then flew directly from New York to Japan, where Putin was attending a summit. He would likely have reported the details of the meeting then.  

Kushner’s official account to Congress on his dealings with Kremlin representatives is 11 pages long. It’s a flat, sterile document, clearly reviewed by his lawyers. In his version, there was no wrongdoing, just a series of inconsequential meetings during a hectic campaign. Kushner said in written evidence to Congress that he even forgot Kislyak’s name. There was no secret channel. Nor did he rely on “Russian funds” to finance his business. In short, a nothing burger with Russian dressing. Despite these protestations, it’s clear Russian intelligence found it easy to access Trump’s inner circle.
